The rotation is very difficult, but the data is good

One of the main issues I face is how difficult it is to rotate them. As soon as I use a pair of pliers and drip some oil onto the joints, I am ready to begin. Still, it is difficult even when you have the right tools. I wonder if it is too difficult to design a better interface for it, since you only have to do it once.
