Can it keep charging or running in any other way?

You can use it to charge cell phones and electronics that run on 12 volts. It is not uncommon for these wind turbines to be combined with solar to help charge batteries. A variable effect of the wind is the output. A 2nd product is produced by them. A 4 watt panel will operate in 10 mph winds, a 7 watt panel in 14 mph winds. Up to 15 watts for winds of 25 mph. In 15 mph winds, 2 watts are used, 12 watts for winds of 20 mph, and 2 watts in winds of 15 mph.

Does it have a lot of volume?

In their way of gathering info, they responded in a way that even I, who knows nothing about wind power, could understand. Naturally the wind has died down today, LOL, but I'm still curious to find out how the turbine will help me charge up my solar panel system An energy storage system powered by batteries. It's not a kit, and even though it says so, you'll still need a way to attach the cables to your battery. I emailed them to ask how I could get it installed, and they gave me two options that were both easy, and I had it assembled and connected in about 20 minutes today. We received very helpful assistance from them The tone is not condescending in the slightest. There is no way the stakes and tripod will withstand the Arizona winds we have here in the desert (nothing will), so I will end up getting conduit and longer cables. I am sure it will do well in other parts of the country as well. The fact that it is transportable is amazing This summer I plan to take it east with me. It is a great company, and I can recommend them without reservation.
