The cone sits snugly over the flashlight end of the light and keeps it in place

This is meant to be used at the end of a Bayco NSP-style cable. I'm not sure why they don't come with the 1170 Nightstick Safety Light and a traffic wand in the first place. The cone fits snugly over the flashlight end of the light and is held in place by friction. This cone is lit up in a neon yellow hue by the LED light. The neon yellow is extremely visible at all times of the day and night. If you own a Bayco NSP-100, this is a must-have accessory. 1170 Nightstick Safety Light is rated 5. 0 out of 5 by 1.

This topper was purchased with the intention of assisting me in traffic direction, but it has turned out to be much more. You'll be almost blinded by this topper. At night, it is visible for miles. It has vastly increased my safety perimeter.
