In order to keep the patient information straight, I need to use different colors. Every color represents a different patient. I have found the system to be very effective. In addition, the colors are also more appealing than the usual 4 colors, which I like. I bought this pen a year ago and have been using it since then, so I can confirm they last quite a while.

You know there is just 1 pen, so why put a size of 12? After reading other reviews that stated they only received 1 pen, I realized it must have been a mistake, since I would not pay that much for just 1 Next time I'll put one pen instead of two. I wanted to send a message to the seller instead of leaving a review, but I couldn't see how to do that.

A single pen was sent instead of a box of 12. The web page stated you get 12 pens for the price. The product was returned for a refund after it failed to resolve the issue after two attempts. It would be a ripoff for me to pay that much for a pen that I can buy in a store for a fraction of that price.

As stated in the add, there are 12 pieces. It was a real disappointment! As a result, I would have given zero stars if I were given the chance. I called Amazon to let them know my concerns. The company said that they would fix the error and send me the 2 boxes as soon as possible. The order I placed today has been delivered. A pen and a box, but no box.

It caused my hands to cramp after using these pens for an hour and a half. Furthermore, I was expecting lighter/neon cartridges, but the ink in the pen is an unusual shade of blue compared to what you would expect from the shiny.
