Then there were tapes like this. Several other office product manufacturers began making them, but they were both cheap and inconvenient. Other brands I've tried tangle or separate badly, and the application mechanism is either visually obstructive or breaks. They probably only get two or three uses from me. The quality of this Paper Mate product is consistent. It's easy to hold, and I can see where I'm applying without the mechanism blocking my view. It applies smoothly, provides excellent coverage, is simple to write on top of, and works flawlessly from beginning to end. I keep one in my purse because I use it to keep track of appointments on my paper calendar.
My boss told me a week or so ago that he didn't like our office's correction tape, the kind that you have to run sideways across the paper. He preferred the OLD kind, the kind with the tip that ran straight out of the dispenser rather than sideways, because it was easier to control and had a better grip. By golly, thanks to Amazon and Paper Mate, we were able to fulfill his wishes. This correction tape is similar to the one he used to use and was so pleased with. Since my philosophy is that "a happy boss makes happy employees," I'd like to express my gratitude for this small step toward making our office a happier place to work. br>Congratulations on your accomplishments.
The following are some of the reasons why I like this correction tape: (1) The dispenser facilitates the application of correction tape with accuracy and precision; (2) Almost all writing media (e. g. , pens, pencils, etc. ) can be easily accepted by the correction tape. g,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, balls, and so on); (3) The correction tape sticks to almost any type of paper; and (4) the dispenser has a good supply of correction tape. I've given up all of my "liquid paper" and other "correction tape" products since discovering this product. Everything is covered by the Paper Mate "Liquid Dry Line" product. I'm a patent attorney, and I have a lot of drawings and written descriptions that need to be corrected. Nothing outperforms the Paper Mate correction tape in my 25 years of experience.
Period. This is the best correcting tape that has ever been created. The new model's swiveling tip and use orientation ("down" rather than "across") make it perform better than the competition. Instead of using the bad ones at work, I buy these with my own money.
It's completely useless. This tape snags, skips, and won't stick to a variety of paper surfaces, particularly those that have already been corrected. I bought four of these tapes, and I'm throwing them all away because they won't even work in an emergency. They don't even come close to being bad. They're utterly messed up. A vast improvement would be to use Elmer's glue and cut out strips. I wish I could give this product a zero-star rating because no one in the office could get it to cover more than 1/2 inch before the drags and skips completely destroyed the document. We'll be using Tombows again! They are a far better product!!.
This tape is far superior to using liquid white, which results in uneven survices and makes it difficult to remove drops that get on one's hands. This tape goes on smoothly and easily comes off your hands if you get it on your fingers.
This is the only whiteout I use, and I've never been disappointed with it like I have with other brands. I need to keep extras on hand and distribute them throughout the house.
Papermate was discontinued by Office Max and Staples, who replaced it with their own brand of junk. Papermate is a far superior product that always works until the strip has been used up.
