Are these in the same clear colors as the ones pictured?

Maybe? It's possible that the black ones I received were a mistake. However, it was handled by the seller.

Is there a rubber grip on the end of these clic erasers? I want to make sure these don't have those grips because they tend to fall off. ?

There is no grip made of rubber. I've had these for over 20 years and they're fantastic. I would not switch to a different brand.

Are the colors in the pack of four the same as the ones in the picture, or are they all black?

The order I received consisted of a single package containing all four Erasers, all of which had black barrels. The four colors in the photo are not accurate.

Do these clic erasers have a "push" feature that prevents the eraser from retracting when you press on it while erasing?

That's correct.
