Until I received them, I thought I was getting a good deal on these. They're not your typical erasers because they're small. They do have the size printed in their information (as I discovered later), but who really measures erasers or thinks they'd come in a different size? As far as erasers go, they're fine, but keep in mind that they're not full size. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> 7/7/19 - I discovered that I dislike these erasers even more after using them for a while. When they're left out near pencils (especially colored pencils), the color from the pencil bleeds onto the eraser. I discovered a streak of color on two different erasers that were lying next to the pencils on two separate occasions, and the pencil would then be sticky where it touched. It's as if the eraser's chemical bonds with the pencil, removing the color and leaving a sticky residue. The rest of my stuff was thrown away.
The paint on the pencils they were next to was literally melted away by these erasers. I'm not sure what they're made of, but they're not something I'd recommend using with kids. At the very least, it's TOXIC.
For $5, you get 24 of these. What a great deal. I'm out of old Sanford Magic Rub erasers, and the quality of the new Magic Rub erasers, in my opinion, has deteriorated; They're softer than I remember, and there's a lot of flux/smudging going on right now. I came here to see if I could find a reasonable substitute and was skeptical that a pack of 24 erasers for $5 could be as good as the reviews claimed, but I was pleasantly surprised. These erasers have a consistency that reminds me of the old Sanford Magic Rub erasers. There is no lead residue, no smudging, and only a small amount of eraser residue. I strongly advise you to do so.
I didn't realize I needed these cute little erasers, so my wife bought them for our office. br>All of the cards are face up on the table, and the company sent a nice snail mail letter to follow up on the order, or I wouldn't have thought to leave a review for such a small item. br>So I went through my desk and found the little eraser, which I tested on a few pencil scribbles. br>The eraser worked perfectly, erasing the pencil marks without leaving a trace in just a few strokes. Yes, it is advised. I wish they had a bigger version for guys with big hands, like the old green or pink ones from school back in the 1970s.
They're adorable, though. They were much smaller than I had anticipated, so I almost returned them, but they were so adorable that I decided to keep them. They're a good size for small hands if they don't put them in a small mouth. There are enough of them that if I misplace one, leave it somewhere, or borrow one and keep it, it's not a big deal. I have several backpacks, and I keep a few of them in each, especially on exam days. They erase very well and do not leave a lot of little eraser shavings all over the place. Because of their small size, they are ideal for Scantrons or pencil drawings because it is easier to precisely erase a mistake without removing everything around it. They appeal to me, and I'm glad I decided to keep them.
" It's crucial to have a good eraser for kindergarten students. They'll try to erase it, but if you don't have a good eraser, it'll be a disaster, or they'll rip holes in the paper if they apply too much pressure. br>br>This year, I purchased these erasers in the hopes that they would be as good as the Pentel brand (I was trying to save money). I'm glad I took the chance! Nothing, and I mean nothing, stays on the paper because my students can erase so easily. It has been completely removed! Although the erasers were smaller than I had anticipated, this was not a problem. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The erasers are popular among my students. They completely erase whatever they are erasing from their paper. I bought a few extras in case they ran out. I adore them and don't want to run out of them.
When I first saw it, I was surprised at how small it was, but it's perfect for my kids because their erasers are constantly stolen at school. When I first received them, I discovered that they are gray in color rather than white, and I experimented with using them instead of a kneaded eraser for sketching and drawing to see what would happen. To begin with, it exceeds my expectations in terms of functionality. It doesn't smear and picks up a lot of dirt. This is amazing because I usually sketch with a 2B, which is dark and smears like crazy. I'm looking for something light enough to paint/color over or simply lift. The only issue is that the paper used to wrap the eraser is quite thick, and after a while, it began to cut into the eraser. Because I was afraid it would cut it, I took it off and covered it with tape to keep it together. It's not a problem at all if you use it sparingly. br>br>Overall, this works really well, so roll lightly when lifting if you don't want to completely lose the lines. If you're concerned about its size, try it out first; a little goes a long way, so it'll last you a long time.
" White erasers are my favorite because I believe they erase the best. This worked, and I like how small they are; they are still disappearing, but I have plenty on hand. The only drawback is that they are all individually wrapped, but I would purchase this product again if we needed it.
