To use as a watercolor painting resist, I had been looking for a real white grease pencil. But this is dry and brittle, not suitable for the purpose intended.
It is very difficult for the pencils to break. I have a lot of issues related to this. The tips of some of the citrus fruit broke immediately, while the tips of others broke in half while I was peeling them. It broke after it was broken. It may have been a case of user error, but the other two types I have tried were not messed up in.
It was important for me to distinguish between different groups of things more easily, which meant adding colors beyond the usual black and red. On freezer paper, these pens do a good job, but they do not come with a sharp point, and sharpening them usually results in crumbling tips. It's possible to write smaller and still have it look neat when using a sharp tip. This is why I gave it a lower score for ease of use since it was not possible to sharpen.
It was my intention to write Tare weights and SKUs on bulk jars using these. This was probably my fault for failing to read the description properly.
I was able to unwrap it with ease. It is true that the pencil does not have the same color as the color around it. Due to the pencil being a darker green, I had expected it to Not at all. Green color with very little hue. In addition to its color, the pencil is a good tool.
After I returned them, the exchange was processed overnight, and the next delivery was here the next morning. I am happy with the results. It wasn't until I opened the package that I knew what it was. There is a problem with the box, as it is quite flimsy and opened, resulting in all the pencils falling In turn, the ends of the pencils snapped Some of which are already a half inch long, to be crushed and broken. It does not appear that they are smooth enough, and I fear they will easily break. You can't use them for delicate work, and you can't let children use them to color. They all have little plastic covers on the bottom of each pencil, and I like how the colors themselves are of good quality.
The grease is used on the paper to make notes on my contact sheets, and I have to either press hard and risk breaking it or go over the mark four times until it gets the red grease onto Despite the fact that I like the look of pencils, a sharpie is better in general.
It is difficult to get them off of the skin, because they aren't very good for this. If used normally but not on the skin, I would recommend it.
