This isn't so much of a problem with this brand because it shows up in all of the grease markers I've tried. Still, I haven't found anything better for non-alcoholic beverages. Some items are permanently marked.
For over 30 years, I've relied on them. These are ideal for highlighting passages in the Bible. They don't tear the thin paper or bleed through the page. For decades, I've given them to my Bible Study students. I used to give them one each of yellow and orange, but I can't seem to locate the orange ones. The rest are far too dark to be highlighted!.
I've tried three pencils straight from the box, and none of them have properly peeled. They unwind a few turns before breaking off, leaving you with the task of removing the remaining wraps without damaging the wax marking material.
Dixon China Markers are widely used at my workplace, and they perform admirably. They peel cleanly and last a long time, despite the fact that the box says Dixon and the markers say Phano. They work well and last a long time. They do not, however, peel easily. It is extremely inconvenient. I tried both of them and got the same result. I'm going to try another brand next time.
These are the most effective indicators. Other than that, I'm not going to use it. There is no bleedthrough, and the marks are a nice dark color.
Complies with the brief.
