They're dark brown, but not as dark as some of the thinner flexible magnets, which make them appear black. They are flexible and can be cut with scissors or a razor blade knife, despite the fact that they are thicker and thus have a stronger magnetic hold.
Yes, if the person in question is extremely light.
You should use a few small neodymium (rare earth) magnets instead. They're incredibly durable and would be ideal for this application. They'd be adhered to the dry erase board with hot melt glue.
I haven't attempted to cut it with my Vintaj - However, due to the thickness of these sheets, I do not believe they can be cut. It's possible that a thinner magnet will suffice.

br>br>So far, none of my miniatures, including the metal ones, have moved! I'm happy to report that these sheets are incredibly durable.
The sellers were kind enough to include a coupon code for 5% off my next order that I will certainly use. )br>br>With these sheets, I had a lot of fun making homemade magnets. Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi-Judi- I made a bunch of homemade magnets using Kins Diamond Glaze and an exacto knife on occasion. br>br>Alternatively, you could purchase scrapbooking embellishment or cardstock kits and slap them on the sheet before cutting them out. This is what I used.
These magnetic sheets have made my life so much easier. I looked in a few stores before deciding to order these more expensive ones from Amazon because everything I found in stores was extremely thin, and many of them were also rolled up. I wanted it to be thick and flat. I made minecraft magnets with these for my son's birthday and they turned out great. I had no issues with the paper I stuck to the magnets coming up at the edges or anywhere else because the adhesive was extremely sticky. I cut the magnets by hand using regular scissors, and it wasn't nearly as difficult as I had anticipated. They cut fairly easily, but after a while, your hand gets tired, and I was just cutting a bunch of squares. Anything with a shape would have been much more time consuming, though I'm sure it could have been accomplished. The reason I gave the magnets four stars instead of five is because I noticed that when my kids played with them, their hands turned black. I had printed out sheets of minecraft blocks and adhered them to adhesive magnet sheets, so I assumed the black was ink from the printer rubbing off, so I laminated some of the magnets, but their hands remained black. I tried rubbing the back of a magnet with my finger for a minute without touching the inked paper on the front, and my finger did indeed turn black. So, if you'll be handling these magnets frequently, you might want to reconsider your purchase. The magnets are still a big hit at our house; all I have to do now is catch the kids when they're done playing and get them to wash their hands before the black gets all over the furniture, walls, books, and other surfaces.
My ceiling air vents are held in place by a magnet that is strong enough to hold on to them. With scissors or an x-ray machine, you can cut any size you want. Knife made of acto.
VERY FORTUNATELY FORTUNATELY FORTUNATELY FORT These are what I use to make signs for the metal doors where I work. Our previous magnets were the same size as this one, but they were so thin and wimpy that they blew off the doors every time there was a breeze. Every day, sometimes several times a day, we had to collect the signs. After purchasing some at Staples and being dissatisfied with how flimsy and useless they were (they wouldn't even stay on the door), I discovered this product, which is twice the thickness of a standard car-door mat. They're made of sign magnets, so they're extremely sturdy. I was also taken aback by the fact that these things are HEAVY. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Because these sheets are so thick and strong, I tossed out all of our old 8x10 sheet magnets (used for door signs at work). We didn't lose any door signs even when the Santa Ana winds blew through, so I highly recommend them and even offered the Amazon link to our other properties so they could purchase them as well. br>br>We've been using them at work for a few months now, and none of the signs have blown off the doors yet, even in a fairly strong wind. br>br>I'm really happy with how thick and strong these things are, and I'm going to order a pack for myself to do some crafty goofing with. on the other hand,.
