At the start of his high school football season, my teen son developed ankle tendonitis. He had to go to the trainer every day to be taped as a result of this. It's difficult to get rid of that tape. My son's leg hair started to fall out until his trainer gave him a bottle of this stuff. It quickly removed the adhesive, so I went out and bought a bottle for us so we could return hers.
PERFECT for removing KT tape before applying a coat of paint. spray. Love it!.
Use it in the same way that my physical therapist does. It's quite effective. My PT requires that I tape my leg twice a week, and the constant taping was causing my skin to become raw and sore. This is sprayed on the tape, and it immediately loosens it. This item is a blessing in disguise.

This item is appropriate for kids - Because there is no gas in the bottle, it is not freezing cold on the skin, and it is non-toxic. With natural oils, aloe vera, and lanolin, it is toxic when inhaled. Because it's quite oily, you'll want to be careful where you use it.
It works, but so would a cheaper bottle of mineral oil.
