If you are buying this product, you should know everything about it before you purchase I. 1. In the instructions (which are pretty good since they list all the pieces numbered and lettered and the quantities) the organizer is shown with three cubes on the bottom, two on the next level, and one on the top level. It was a great design, but I didn't have enough space, so I made it with two cubes on each level and it took up very little space. It is with great pleasure that I commend this beautiful organizer because I firmly believe everyone's home should have one of these. I'm able to carry my many college textbooks with no problems with it since it is extremely lightweight. In addition to that, it is also really stylish and adorable, and it transformed a once boring room into a modern masterpiece. Even though it was a little difficult to put together because there was so much parts, I was able to do it without having to read the instructions As for this organizer, it has been a great purchase, and it has motivated me to write this review during my lazy weekend.
Based on all of the positive reviews, I purchased these in March. In addition to the reviews with pictures of shelves full of books, I was also influenced by the pictures in the reviews. Assembler instructions were poor, which caused the first issue. Two rectangular swatches of two different sizes are coated (for spill resistance) with three color options. There are plastic connectors and metal tubes as well. In the picture of the finished product, there are only pieces of fabric covering the walls. There were three sizes of swatches to use in different places, and I was unsure which size to use in some Because the swatches are almost the same size, that proved to be quite a challenge. When you have determined which one to use, you thread the tubes through the holes, and insert the ends of the tubes into the connectors. There is a lot of work involved in this. I'm not sure what it really looks like at the end. Then yesterday happened, and I was not so happy with it. Since the pegs will no longer go back in on most levels and the tubes have been deformed by the weight of the books, the pegs can not be reinserted into most levels.

3) Looks 4) It fits all the pieces neatly together. *Cons 1) Because of the way it was built, it does not display heavy small items well because it is stretched over the bars but still has some give. Fortunately, I could compensate for this by using and adding some black and white cardboard into the shelves to give it more rigidity. The unit is probably not going to be an issue for you if you're going to store books or media on it. 2) Be VERY cautious while removing the plastic end caps from the bars if you have to take it apart The first time I took it apart, I cracked three of the cells. This does not affect the performance, but it is frustrating that it has been damaged. Because of that, I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 star.
Since I have had a bad experience with amazon and "furniture" in the past, I don't understand why I expected anything different this time. Please do not waste your time or It's better to spend a little bit more money on something made of wood if you need any storage. As soon as you see this plastic mess, all you want to do is throw it away. This is a very bulky, cheap-feeling product that breaks In my opinion, the biggest improvement this could use is some type of flat board for the cubes to rest on. It has a canvas backing with a couple plastic poles supporting it, so everything between the poles is loose. On the base, they wouldn't be all flat, a wavy layer would be present. If this cheap design were improved with just a sheet of cardboard paper, it would have been.
