The 13-inch measurement refers to the size of the object from the outside. 12 1/8 inch on the inside.
I just tried to put a few LPs in the crate, but they won't fit straight across. I measured the inside of the crate to be 12 1/8 inches wide and the lps to be 12 5/16 inches wide. The crate's walls do bulge slightly, changing the dimensions slightly, but not enough to comfortably hold LPs.
They can, but there are no places to attach them. They should be stacked and secured with zip ties. That is exactly what I did.
Yes, we're employing them in this manner.

When exposed to a load, these milk crates show a lot of creep, which could be due to leftover plasticizer or low molecular weight polymers. If dimensional stability is maintained after being subjected to a moderate load (20lbs-100lbs), If 89N) is important to you, then these are not for you.
We are self-sufficient. grid and I both work three days a week in the city and frequently transport goods back and forth. I was using laundry baskets, but if you fill them too full, they become heavy. These don't take up unnecessary space in the "grocery getter," can be easily stacked in a corner of the RV to keep them out of the way, and the fragile items won't be crushed. They have handles on all four sides, making it simple to grab and go when you're in a hurry. Strong enough to hold propane bottles (which the boys have a habit of stealing whenever they see them). I like that they come in a variety of colors so the boys always know which ones belong to me, and we'll see how the plastic holds up in the desert over time. It is far too early to say.
br>I attached this to the back of a brightly colored 10-speed bike, and it serves me well. In my garage, the other is crammed with tools. These crates are extremely durable, and I am confident that they will outlast me.
I'm only going to use these for one thing. If you didn't already know, milk crates are the ideal size for storing a 20-pound propane tank (standard grill size). Allows for simple transport of additional tanks, whether for refilling or camping. It gives them a solid foundation so they don't fall over or roll around. These are made of a thick plastic similar to 'old school' milk crates. Excellent craftsmanship. I bought the orange because I liked the color options.
These milk crates turned out to be an excellent investment. They're made of a tough plastic that feels very sturdy in comparison to the weights I've been carrying in them. I bought these to carry large books when taking my PE exam, and they worked perfectly for that purpose. I'd put several in, rotate them so that their bindings were facing up, then tip them on their sides and use them as a sort of book shelf in front of me while taking the test; they held my books well and I could easily grip the handles to carry them around. br>br>Now that the test is over, I've discovered that I can use them for a variety of other purposes. I've brought a crock pot with a few side dishes, and I've put another one in my garage with some tools. They can be as versatile as you want. br>br>I didn't feel like I was wasting my money on these because the price was right, and the fact that it came with two was a nice bonus. I would strongly advise my family and friends to use this service. br>br>In one image, I put a can of soda in them to give you an idea of their size. I'm not sure if there are any more colors available, but it would be nice if there were. However, for my purposes, a plain brown was sufficient. They're also extremely useful to have on hand. This pair was purchased for my propane jugs, of which I have five and prefer to keep fully stocked at all times. I like to keep some on hand not only for the grill, but also for my propane powered heater in case of an emergency. The problem is that they like to roll around in the back of my truck when I put a few in there. br>Milk crate = solved problem. It is a perfect fit. br>Tip: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, consider Tractor Supply is the best place to get propane for your tanks. You only have to pay for what you use. You might be surprised at how much money you can save! In any case, these are fantastic crates. This item is extremely durable. I like the orange color because it distinguishes for various uses. br>Strongly suggestedbr>Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
These are ideal for storing and transporting empty and full milk bottles between the garage and the house. They are extremely sturdy; I'm not sure what those who complained about them being flimsy were filling them with, or if they received a bad batch or knockoffs. I can fit 9 full pint heavy duty glass bottles in these without having to worry about the carton holding them in place. I'm more concerned about tripping while carrying the stairs.
Milk Crates, like Jerry Cans, are a useful item in and of themselves. These are excellent examples, ready for your upcoming relocation or impromptu furniture needs. Just don't let your imagination run away with you; these will suffice! br>A rating for "Warmth" has been requested for some reason. These milk crates are just as warm and inviting as any other I've seen. They deserved a five-star rating, in my opinion. You might get different results.
