I received the service for which I paid. I was concerned that it would be too fragile. It is, in fact. A crease in the middle of the tube was present when it arrived. It appeared as if someone had attempted to fold it in half, causing the plastic to be damaged. The crease in both sections made adjustment difficult, and carrying a tether is a waste of time because it will break in no time. Because the shipping box was in perfect condition, the damage occurred before it was packaged.
