The steno books in this collection are excellent!
I've got a set that is not perforated at the top that I bought a while ago. Upon top of the book, the spiral has just been attached to the pages. In other words, if you rip off one page, you rip out the entire thing! Let me know if this was helpful.

When life gets you down, sometimes all you need is a stockpile of spiral-bound steno books to get you through. Put your feelings on paper, doodle some emojis, make some paper airplanes -- do whatever it takes. I purchased this notebook pack in order to fulfill my shopping addiction and set myself up nicely for note taking, making lists (though using this pack won't help me achieve anything on said lists, thus making me feel like a loser at times), but yeah, these things are fun. Excellent value for the money. In line with what was Friends, let's take a load off.
They were sent to me 3 months ago, and I liked the fact that you could write on both sides of the pages without showing But the fact that the bottom ends of the pages curl is not acceptable to me. Paper should not behave in that way.
It makes it easy to carry around phone call notes, to do lists, reminders, etc. Every month, I go through one, and at the end of the month, I go through and weed all the not-important stuff out Notes that I want to keep, and transfer the "keepers" to my planner for long-term use In the future, you should plan to store things for long-term. I find these steno pads to be a lifesaver - they save time and effort The portable device is easy to use and convenient It's great that they come in a bundle of four, and I like that the price was reasonable. Taking advantage of this saves me the time it would take to visit Office Depot each It is also nice that the paper is of high quality.
Despite being flimsy, the backing is very sturdy. As you write, the entire pad flops around when you hold it in one hand. I'd have to glue some cardboard to the back to keep it from falling over. There are perforations at the top of the pages, and the paper is rougher than I would like. It's enough to be useful, but not great.
The way it is described here. Unlike all spiral sheets, these sheets cannot be removed from the spiral (though they can be removed from spiral sheets, too), but they are not perforated.
It is difficult to spiral thin paper and it is also too thin.
I have been using it for work for 3 days, and I have ripped the cover While I turn the page for another one, the pages are tearing. The pictures of those can't be provided as I use them to work from home and I have to follow HIPAA guidelines. Although I do not have time to rewrite each client page that is in this book, I also cannot leave the information in the book without a cover as a result of HIPAA requirements. In the end, a full refund will be given to me. I advise you not to.
Steno pads are useful to me, but I haven't been able to find them lately, which is why I was pleased to find them online for a reasonable.
