Due to the fact that these tags are packaged as individual units, I don't see any way to use a printer with them. For my tags, I use a magic marker. You could probably use a laser label the affix to the tag as well as a magic marker.
As the picture shows, it does not come in any other way.

I like the look you have there. I couldn't have asked for a better solution. On mason jars, I used them as name tags. You can get them again if you want to. I would rate it as.
Names can be applied with chalkboard paint markers, but you can do better with paint markers. This pens are sturdy enough to be reused, and cheap enough so that you don't care if they get lost or damage.
It is obvious that writing with a standard black sharpie will not show up. Unlike some sandwich toppings, this one is not suitable for sandwiches.
