Questions & Answers

Is this the new blue barrel with "new ink" or the clear barrel?

My most recent order included a barrel that was the same color as the ink. Although the new barrels do not appear to be clear, the pens continue to function as before.

Is there a clear or blue see-through barrel on this product? Although both are depicted, the description states that they are clear. ?

It's blue, and I thought it was clear as well. The blue barrel pens don't write as smoothly as the black barrel pens, and they have a tendency to gloop at the bottom.

How do these pens fare in the office? Is it worthwhile to pay the monthly fee? I'm a big fan of pilots, but they always seem to vanish as soon as I get them?

These work well as a replacement for the Pilot G2 Pen. For the difference in price, it's a good deal. We use these on a daily basis, and the only criticism I've heard is that they don't feel as sturdy as the Pilot.

Broken Pens/Waste of Time: When the box arrived, over half of the pens were completely broken! br>(1st image: I just dumped the box on my desk and took a picture moments after receiving it
3/5

)br>br>This item was sold by Warehouse Deals, Inc. with a rating of "Used – Very Good" br>Note: "Item will be delivered in its original packaging. " The packaging will be ruined"br>br>This was far worse than ruined packaging! Before I even opened the box, there were broken pieces of plastic visible inside! ((((((((((((((((((((((((((( I could see the broken pieces of plastic through the tape holding the box together before I opened it and dumped the contents on my desk)br>br>Whoever inspected this package should be fired. br>br>As if that wasn't bad enough, they also want me to return this box of broken pens to them! Is this for real? Do you believe you'll be able to resell these pens to another person? Buyers should be cautious. What a waste of time. br>br>On a side note: I tried writing with one of the non-broken pens, and it was a disaster. It's a dreadful piece of writing equipment. I'm not basing my rating solely on the damages, as I was with the zebra pens I purchased previously. On my next order, I'll be purchasing a variety of pens. br>br>I don't recommend the pens, nor do I recommend shopping at Warehouse Deals, Inc.

Not up to Zebra's usual high standards
4/5

I've bought a lot of pens over the years, including several boxes of this Zebra pen. They're a good pen, but not one of the best. On a variety of surfaces, the writing is smooth, but ink blobbing onto the paper remains a problem. I'll continue to purchase them, but I'm still on the lookout for a fantastic ballpoint pen. Note: I tried the BOLD point of this pen and it's good, but it blobs a lot more!.

The film "New Ink" is a flop
3/5

Left- Other options should be considered by handers. These pens are a huge letdown. The new ink looks and feels more like a gel pen. Ink smears constantly, takes longer to dry, and has a tendency to "gob" around the ballpoint, leaving splotches. The gel provides a "smoother" experience at the cost of stability and consistency. While the price is appealing, if you're on a budget, you should look elsewhere. handed.

A pen snob is a person who has a high opinion of his or her own writing approves! I'll admit it: I'm a snob when it comes to writing instruments
4/5

) I was looking for a nice ball point pen at a reasonable price, and this one fit the bill perfectly! The ink is of good quality, it does not smudge, it writes smoothly, and there are no skips. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's not the most comfortable I've used.

Writing is very smooth, and the pen is very useful! Pens with a silky smooth writing surface
5/5

There were no major issues with comfort or usability. The only difference is that I seem to hold a pen closer to the tip than this was designed for; it's not uncomfortable in the least, it's just that the comfort grip doesn't work for my writing style. br>I really like the retractable feature because I'm always losing or destroying caps (which are my personal chew toy). So, not only is the pen fun to use, but it also has a feature that helps me avoid leaving stray marks when I'm not using it. br>Value was harmed solely as a result of my decision. The 24 pack is a better value, but I only got the box of 12, so it was money well spent! This pen comes highly recommended from me!.

Halfway through, the ink color lightens! The deep blue ink begins to feel like you’re writing with a rubber pen around 50% empty and the ballpoint begins to feel like you’re writing with a rubber pen at about a stylus with a rounded tip I had to change pens frequently and began amassing a collection of partially empty pens that were neither writing with ink at the depth of color advertised on the box as "Featuring vibrant ink" nor with the ballpoint smoothness that they had at first; I also discovered that if the ink tube began to smudge, that was also a bad sign
3/5

I'll give the gel version a shot to see if they're any better, but these are duds halfway through.

I used to use the G2 gel pens, and they were great pens for a reasonable price
5/5

But, now that I've seen these, I'm not buying any more gel pens. Ink flows well and is lightweight, making it comfortable to hold. Because you didn't pay a lot for it, losing one isn't a big deal. The clip holder also serves as a release for inserting the cartridge back into the pen, which is the only minor flaw. When you're writing, you might unintentionally activate it. Oh well.
