Although the color of the ink has changed over time, I've been using these since around 1971. I hadn't noticed any changes in the amount of ink in any specific color. It could simply be a batch of red ink that isn't quite right.
Yes, refills are available for these pens. I just noticed that you can buy refills on Amazon (depending on the size), but I've been getting mine from www. bic. com offers a wider range of colors to choose from. The cost is fair.

The pens are fantastic. They come in handy when I'm doing Bible study. Because the blue thread in the tabernacle symbolized God's commands, I use blue for God's commands. I use red for God's attributes because he is a consuming fire, and green for his promises because they give me life! I write notes in black because. It's clearer to me now. br>br>I'd like to find these in larger quantities because I always end up giving them to someone as an unintentional gift. Wow! I'm becoming more godly as a result of these pens. After all, giving is preferable to receiving.

One of my all-time favorite pens! I've been looking for the best of the best pens since '94, and these pens aren't fancy gel, but they write without line gaps on everything, including the tops of post-it notes where the previous glue tacks up many pens, and they don't smear like most pens. So, despite the fact that they appear to have been around since the DeLorean made its big screen debut, I can assure you that this is the one-stop shop that works bish!.
I require the various colors in order to keep track of my patients' data. Each color represents a unique patient, and my system has proven to be extremely effective. The colors are also more appealing than a standard four-color pen, which I prefer; I purchased this pen over a year ago and am still on pen number one, so I can attest that they last a long time.

These pens have only been in my possession for a couple of months! My return period ended exactly one month ago today. One of the pens was busted, as you can see in the photo. While I was at work, this happened in my pocket (which was a lot of fun to clean up). The other one has a seam that has cracked, and the cap now pops off every time you try to use it. I'm having trouble finding the third one right now, but I'm pretty sure it has a crack as well. I was very enthusiastic about this product at the time, but I am now extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend these pens to anyone because they are of poor quality.
