The title isn't exaggerated in the least. These are fantastic, and here are four reasons why and one reason why they aren't: br>br>1) convenient - br>br>2) writes thin - due to the soft grip area, it can be held for hours. Unlike gel pens, which, despite their claims, write extremely thickly, these actually write thinner. Gel pens in the size of a three-quarter inch 3) reasonable cost - These aren't cheap, but for what you get, they're a good deal. 4) long-lasting br>br> These pens are at least two times as long lasting as gel pens. In that sense, you get a lot of bang for your buck. br>br>Four stars is a solid rating. br>br>However, why did one star get docked? Because it does not write in a dark enough manner. br>br>Because it does not write in a dark enough manner. It uses half as much ink as the Paper Mate "1. 4B Profile", which is disappointing because they're supposed to be the same pen with the exception that one writes THINNER than the other, and I didn't expect the thinner one to also write in a much lighter shade. br>br>IF THESE PENS WRITTEN DARKER, I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 STARS AND PAY THREE TIMES THEIR CURRENT VALUE. Seriously, these pens would be the best money can buy if they wrote darker.
This product's 8mm bold tip is one of my favorites for a variety of reasons, including grip, ink flow, smooth tip that doesn't smear, quick drying, and an absolutely perfect grip (for the regular version). My only wish was for a smaller, but not too small, tip. They've matched the 1 to a tee perfectly. The ink formulation as well as the 0mm tip Please don't be hesitant to purchase these. In addition, the price is very reasonable. Thank you, Amazon, for making these Prime items; they arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
Papermate fine, medium, and bold were among the items I purchased, and these mediums are by far my favorites for writing. The fine InkJoy is still my favorite, but it's not as smooth as the Profile; the bold Profile is also great, but I prefer smaller lines, so the medium works better for me.
I'm completely enamored with these pens. Gel pens are more comfortable to use than ballpoint pens, in my opinion, because the ink flows across the page without applying pressure. These ballpoint pens, on the other hand, are as smooth as butter when it comes to writing. br>br>I can't write in my word puzzle magazines with gel pens because the ink bleeds through the pages of the newsprint. This set of pens is exactly what I was looking for. The ink is perfectly dark, and the grip is comfortable enough to write for long periods of time. I've had one for a few weeks and there's still plenty of ink left in it. One box of pens should last me a couple of years at this rate! br>br>If you're looking for a comfortable, easy-to-use pen, these are the ones to get. glide, as well as long-term ballpoint pen with a long life.
Finally, a 0 mm profile! Papermate got a perfect score of 1 out of 10. "Profile" with a thickness of 0mm. The profile 1 has always been a favorite of mine. 4mm, but I do a lot of paperwork at work that requires me to fill in small boxes. I love the feel of these pens, and the 0mm is perfect for me. They've become my favorite because of the smooth writing. Dark blue ink is used (again, a favorite). I've been using my first pen out of the box for two weeks at work and I'm really enjoying it.
Paper Mate ballpoint pens have long been a favorite of mine. But. These pens are a complete disaster! To get the ink to flow, a lot of scribbling is required at first. The ink then fails to flow properly, resulting in skips. The ink then globs up at the tip of the pen and drips onto the paper in small gobs. Although the pens are clearly labeled "Paper Mate," they do not write in the same manner. br>I was extremely dissatisfied, and now I'll have to go through the hassle of returning.
The pens were supposed to be medium point, but they were fine and light, despite the fact that getting them to work took a lot of effort. I attempted to return them but was only able to do so at Whole Foods rather than UPS. Because I was unable to visit Whole Foods, I am forced to rely on them. br>It's a good thing I needed to keep them. Over the pen points, I discovered a wax-like covering,? in order to keep the ink from drying out They're working perfectly now. br>I'm going to place a second order.
I made the error of purchasing a lower-quality product. After a few uses, it became clear that the pen was a dud. This pen has been consistent and has not dried out, which is a common problem with low-cost ballpoint pens. Yes, I'd repurchase these. Any slight price difference is well worth it.
