Buyers of these pens should be aware. It's pleasant to hold them. The ink is smooth to the touch, dries quickly, and can even be used to write on your hand (I'm not judging). Just as a precaution, there's one thing I'd like to mention: The caps are difficult to remove. Consider the following scenario: br>br> As you open the yellow Bic box and say to yourself, "Hell yeah, new pens!" the excitement fills your body. I've been looking forward to this wonderful day for a long time! " You reach for a cap to remove. It is impossible to remove it. Your tender tug of love transforms into a choke hold. Even though you're squeezing the literal life out of these pens, the cap refuses to come off. If you're anything like me, you'll scream a string of profanities that will inevitably lead to someone asking, "You kiss your mother with that mouth?" " You make the decision to pull harder, tighter, faster, and more powerfully. The plastic casing flings across the room and lands in a parallel universe light years away as the pen pulls apart. The cap, comfort grip, and ink cartridge are all that's left. The war has come to an end, and everything has been lost. You have a silent sob. One of the pens has already died after only an hour in your possession. Oh well, I suppose. br>br> Almost every cap has to be bitten off with my bare teeth. However, for the sake of comfort, it's a small price to pay.

They're fine once you get the cap off and the rest of the pens stay in the barrel; they write well and feel nice in the hand. The issue is that the tip and ink cartridge frequently remain in the cap when you remove the cap. removing oneself from the barrel Furthermore, you must use pliers to remove and reassemble the parts, which cannot be done by hand. They're either trash at that point, or you'll have to store them with the cap on the other end, which defeats the purpose of having a cap in the first place. You can't put them in your pocket; instead, keep them in a pen/pencil holder cup. br>br>Others have raised the same concern.

The package was a little beat up, but that's on Amazon/UPS. Plastic was used to make the pens. It's also bagged, so you don't have to be concerned if it rains. Delivery on the same day. br>br>Impression of unboxing: metallic, sleek Body is made of colored plastic. Color- For easy storage, it's been tipped. The most important thing is that there are a lot of pens. br>br>Since I purchased a large number of pens, the first thing I did was abuse a few of them to the point where I thought they would break, but to my surprise, these things could withstand pennage. (see photos)br>br>The caps are securely fastened, and I was pleasantly surprised by the grip, so yes, it's a step up from most plastic pens in this price range. br>br>In conclusion, I'm lending a few to my Artist friend, who is free to do whatever he wants with them. Will undoubtedly provide updates, but expect a six-month wait for a response from him;.

These are the Xtra Comfort pens, which have a flexible wrap around the barrel where it is gripped. This feature may provide some additional comfort if you write for an extended period of time, but the real benefit of these is the smoothness of the ink flow. They're not quite as smooth as a good gel pen, but they're close. I also ordered a box of "Smooth Writing" BICs, and to be honest, I can't tell the difference in how the ink is applied to the paper between the two. I'm willing to wager that the ink in both is identical. However, I have persuaded myself that the 1. The smoothness of the 2 mm "medium" tips is just a smidgeon better than the 1. 0 mm tips, but I wouldn't swear by them. If I were to do repeated stretches of extended writing, I would opt for something with a larger barrel, simply because a larger pen should be less uncomfortable if used for extended periods of time. These, on the other hand, are smooth, functional, and extremely cheap for the type of occasional and intermittent writing I do.

I purchased the large pack of mixed blue and black pens for my practice and gesture drawing, and they are very comfortable to hold and the ink flows smoothly. br>br>However, after testing two of the pens, we discovered that they both leak ink. The excess ink from the tip globbed on the paper, as seen in the attached photo, leaving dark dots. br>br>I'll keep these because I need disposable pens for the rest of the family, but they'll ruin your writing or drawing if you use them for anything longer than a quick note.

The first time I used a Bic pen with their "Easy-to-use" feature was when I was in elementary school. I was hooked after using "Glide" ink. I was afraid they'd realize they'd made a pen that was TOO GOOD and remove it from the market, so I bought this box of 36 pens. I bought them a year ago and have only used about 4 or 5 of them. They're in three places around my small house, where I write on a daily basis. This is a good, dependable pen that also happens to be the smoothest I've ever used.

My favorites are the purple and green ones, though the black and blue ones are also nice. They're all vibrant and fluid in their writing. br>br>The reason for this review is that I purchased a 36-pack of blue and black pens in a variety of colors. The package was battered when it arrived today, and the contents were mostly black when I opened it. Unless it specifically states that half of the units will be black and half will be blue, you can expect one color to have a few more than the other. However, there were 24 black and 12 blue pens in this pack. That, in my opinion, is completely absurd. br>br>The pens themselves are fine; they still work and are a good value for the quality; it's just that this particular order irritated me. If the issue had been "too many" blue pens, I probably wouldn't have been so irritated. It irritates me that only 12 blue pens were included in a 36-pack of black and blue pens.
