The colors are vibrant, the illustrations are intriguing and a little corny but not racist, and the kids loved them.
After working with two fourth graders who couldn't tell the difference between China, the United States, and California on a map, I decided to buy these maps. They're hung side by side in my office, and kids come up to them and begin talking about where they've been (or think they've been) and where they want to go. It's a great time to be had by all. I also like that the World map includes both Israel and Palestine, whereas many maps do not include Palestine at all.
I wasn't expecting such high-quality maps at such low prices. There are two sides to each map: one with pictures and the other without.
My son enjoys learning about the locations of various places, and this map makes it easier for him!.
With these maps, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't pay a lot for them, and they arrived nicely rolled up, with a good size and double-sided maps. You will receive two maps, one for the United States and one for the rest of the world.
Colors that pop! This is something I strongly advise you to buy!.
Because they're laminated, they'll last a long time. I hung them above the desk of my second-grader. This year, his class will begin learning about geography and world history.
At a very reasonable price, these maps are fantastic.
