I am Ashraf. It did NOT say 13 on the pendaflex surehook reinforced hanging folders that I purchased. A foot and a half. A pendaflex folder with the stock number 6152 is sized for letter-sized documents. A letter size file cabinet should easily fit the folder's dimensions the width plus the metal hangers is 12 3/4 inches, and the height and width of the actual folder is 9 5/8 inches without measuring the hangers, and around 11 3/4 inches There is also reinforced material at the top and bottom of the folder, and the metal hangers are much stronger than the typical hanging folders I have seen, with the exception of The heavy duty version, however, is the one you want to buy. After reading other reviews, I thought that the movie couldn't be that bad. I was wrong! I am so disappointed. In the past, Pendaflex was my first choice This is not the case with "to" brands. Sort of a geek for organized offices. A file cabinet needs to be organized, labeled, and have a nice appearance for me to be happy with it. It's great to have these hanging files.
