This program does the job, but there are still some improvements that could be made

As much as I like this item, the fact that, once it is assembled (very easy), and you move it to another location by lifting it, this comes apart at the bottom detracted from its rating. During the move, you must contort your arms and body in order to ensure that it does not fall apart from the weight (or so that it is positioned precisely where you want it to be). Moreover, the hanging folder is somewhat short for a regular letter size. There is just a little more height available on the hanging folders than on this file box, because the file box is on top of a filing cabinet. Consequently,, if it sits on a flat surface, the hanging folders will be pushed up a little, making it harder for the hanging folder to hang and sit properly.

There were uneven areas on the bottom I had to use a hammer and a block of wood to make it level. There isn't enough space to include folders, but the files fit just fine.

A dent in the product was transferred to my desk after the packaging was too tight this product sits on my desk which is full of file folders that it had a dent in

I received a minor defect when I received the product. As the corner was on a curve, I couldn't simply push it out, and unfortunately I couldn't put that corner against a My plan is to put a plant in front of this to conceal the dent.
