It's a good thing that these colourful bins are sturdy and come in multiple colors, but they have a major It's hard to keep the lids It should at least be possible to pretend there is a lock Like any plastic bin at a supermarket, it has an upside-down lid. At a minimum, bins should be able to retain their contents via a locking lid if they fall. Due to the fact that these bins do not lock down, I found them useless for storing items in them.

These are the ones I purchased so that I wouldn't have to place my high-circulation graphic novels in boxes all over the place. As of now, the system appears to be functioning. The pros are The fact that they can be stacked is great. These can be tucked under my bed so they are easy to access. You could even keep a few on your closet shelf if you want. These are excellent for keeping small slippers in or storing other small items. It is important to note that the lids DO NOT snap or lock shut. They are my favorite shoes. I have previously purchased them in other colors. It's easy to organize and speedily group tasks and items with them. It is used by the front door for small items I want to disinfect later (like masks, keys, and mail), which is why I keep some close by. The lids of these cups do not snap into place. If you haven't bought these before, be aware of that. Despite being loosely fitting on top, they look good. As I know, this method works well for me and stacking is no problem. These will not work for you if you require a lid that snaps in place. Sometimes it is hard to find cubby bins with lids (you might have to wait until the season changes?). The items are currently out of stock on Amazon, so I was delighted to discover they were back in stock.

There are some people who say that the lids don't lock into place. There isn't much to do other than sit the lids on the containers. In any case, I'm more than happy to accept this condition, since I'm using it to house my daughter's crayons, markers, crafts, etc. I wanted an item that was organized and kept contained, but still allowed her to have some access to them.
