This is not the case. He, too, had some difficulties setting it up, even though he does a lot of carpentry. It has now been joined and we are quite happy with it!
If it worked well, I think it would be great. Despite its fragility, it is strong. can easily see how it could be used as you describe. I am a retired teacher, so I am able to see how it could work in my classroom.
My guess would be that it is either finished with varnish or shellac. I am glad we bought it. I have no regrets about She keeps all of the art supplies for her three sons in it too and uses it for her own kids. This should be of some help.

We have been anxiously awaiting it for months. My husband and I bought this children's cart for us after a long search online and in stores for a rolling table with compartments, and this was just what we needed to store a few of our art supplies, near our large Most of the machine work here was quite good In removing the styrene packaging from the wood, my husband found a few splinters. Those are painful! Although there are some areas where the wood edges are routed as slots, the surface is generally smooth like it should be. As the large piece that makes up the back of the unit is bowed, it was a little tricky to slide through the slot properly and get it to We were able to make it fit after much pushing. In this assembly project, 2 people assembled it in about 2 hours. In terms of quality control You might ask them to check for splinters and to check the wooden pieces for warps. Aside from that, I know that this little cart will delight me.
As I expected, I have been pleasantly surprised by this! Quite a small cart. I was able to get it in about 2 minutes. It took five hours to put this It is only the screws provided for the hinges that are too small for me to complain. stripped the heads for those (I had been using a junk screwdriver, my fault), so the hinges on the doors are not as accurate
All in all, it's a great product. It is a solid product with easy-to-follow instructions. The large paper rolls, as well as my kid's craft stuff, fit in the bin, which is great.
Even though the cart turned out great once it was assembled, there were many pieces that might not have been labelled and some of the wooden panels might have been warped, making the assembly process problematic. Although the wheels are not the best quality, this cart will work well for storage, but not if you are a traveling teacher. The overall quality of this purchase is excellent for the art studio or.
It is very durable and well constructed. The assembly was a bit of a hassle, so ask for help if you wish. I love it!.
The memories you'll have for life!.
This cart is great for me it doesn't damage the floor, it fits on top of my overhead (my art cart) and I travel from bridge class to bridge class using it! It was challenging to figure out which board to select for directions. Directions needed to be more clearly labeled. I checked, re-checked. We checked, and then we checked again before we assembled. Thanks, this will be of great use to me!.
The cart that we received had two of one piece (which was supposed to have just one) and one of another piece (which should have had two). We had to drill holes into two spots to make the frame complete. Furthermore, I received two of the same door, so the hinge on one was incorrect, so I had to redo it. I found the card to work reasonably well once it was put together. The cart needs to be rolled up and down halls every day, as I work in a school. It is likely that I will need to replace the castors with heavier ones. Keeping an eye on loading the top is also important. When it comes to tops with lipped fronts, I love them, but if it comes with a strapless- Since it tends to tip, heavy things are prone to do so.
