This does not seem to fit either of these descriptions. My classroom window is pretty much permanently adhered to it, and I don't see how I can put it back on once I remove it in June. That's a real bummer.
To be more precise Miles, there is no adhesive being used in the product. The adhesive is actually backed up by a peel-off layer you do not remove unless you want to. With that said, you can achieve what you want with this product. For instance, if you are using MS Word, you can type your message in a "text box," select "format," select "3D rotation," choose 180 degrees, and the text will be So print it out and put it on the window that way. As long as it is visible outside of your office window, you have achieved what you strive for. That should be of some help.
I have a number one question. Do you have white ink powder? In 35 years of experience as a copier/printer technician, I have never seen white powdered There are some inkjet printers that use white ink, but they do have a solid density issue, but Epson does sell inkjet printers that can print white. If you want this, you'll only be able to get it done by expensive printers such as Oce' and Truepress. It's important to note that a typical black-only printer prints nothing other than black, the white is only a color in the printer.
There is no indication that this is intended for use in any type of wet environment. If you were not to maintain it consistently, it might not last very long. You might be able to varnish or polyurethane it.

Playing cards created with this can be used in MTG play. Ink shows nicely under foil when applied to a foil card. I like the durability and ease of application of the film. I just want to remind you all, Ink Jet means Ink As a result of laser printing, laser ink easily scratches off the surface of a surface.
Material such as this is not suitable for surfaces such as glass, transparent, or textured. First of all, I want to say that the print quality and colors are very nice. When paired with the Canon Pro100 the resulting prints were fairly accurate as far as color is concerned. Despite this, however. My company is in the 3d printer business, and so I needed to do some wording for them. I have been able to outdo some of my competitors with this paper. It is thick, and that is my only complaint. The only thing I wish was that it was a few millimeters thinner, but other than that, it is perfect. It does not matter if it is dry or wet.
