Three Rests is the story of three people
5/5

It was very comfortable to use a Fabric Wristrest when I first started, but after a few months my left side of my wrist rest began to accumulate sweat and it began to smell bad. Also, it began to show a bit of discoloration. My initial experience with the fabric one did not meet my expectations. On to the leather one, which I found to be excellent. did not soak up sweat as much as the fabric one did, so the smell could not be as bad. Although I have been known to sometimes move the rest of my arm around after moving my arm off the desk during summer days due to my wrist sticking to the leather. Although that small inconvenience bugged me, I would've kept it as part of the setup nonetheless, but the size was off and it was built for a Full 108 Keyboard while I only have a TKL Keyboard. we had to get rid of that In the future, I decided to experiment with something new. In about 20 minutes searching for the best deals and the best type of rest, I came across this solid Wood I was able to order this one from the same company I bought my first fabric one from a while ago. Initially, I was reluctant to buy the wood Wristrest because I thought it wasn't that comfortable, but my curiosity got the best of me and I played around with it. I was impressed with the quality of the packaging and the wood smell (some might not like it but I liked it a lot) was such a nice touch to the unboxing process along with a neat little company sticker. From the ergonomics perspective, it's surprising how comfortable it is. Seeing as it was made of pretty much solid wood with rubber feet and a carefully thought out contour on the surface, I was still somewhat skeptical when I took it out of the box. I took some time to get used to the feel of the rest since it is thicker and heavier than I expected it to be. It's great that the stain layer is thick and carefully applied so that the wood has a nice sleek, smooth, and black finish which continues to smooth over time. It can also get easily cleaned off with almost zero effort after a long day of office work, gaming, browsing, etc. It provides me with more comfort, provides a bit of extra support, and is even more stylish than my previous wrist rests. It will take 6 days to break in the wrist rest, so switching will be difficult at first. (*_*).

Purchase a Wrist Rest (Wood) for your keyboard or mouse You'll Need to Be Aware of Vast Color Differences
3/5

A first purchase was the large black wooden keyboard wrist rest (onyx). The laptop wrist rest is great as well. A comparison between this chair and gel or foam rests shows this chair is well made, looks sleek, and remains clean and attractive. I ditched my new gel mouse pad and wrist rest for a black (onyx) wooden mouse wrist rest. This wrist rest is just as well made and functional as the keyboard rest, however the color is vastly different - the keyboard rest is red. While obviously not obvious in the photo, it clashed so much with the keyboard in person that I pulled out my old rest and even wrote to the company to ask if this was normal or if I should try to buy another one in the hopes of getting a better I didn't order another one because no one responded, so I didn't place another order. If the keyboard and mouse were matched, then that would have been ideal. The Glorious Gaming gel/foam mouse wrist pad that I ordered is on the way. Sorry about GG's slow response - Will send PM when it arrives. It's still preferable if the two were made of the same wood. If you want to match the color of both items, ordering them together might be the best option.

Give your wrists a rest
4/5

I'm going to start by saying that this wrist rest isn't like any other I've used before. You have to get used to it after a while. You will end up fat-fingered quite frequently until you get used to this, as it really alters your typing situation. You'll have to adjust the height of the chair and the desk based on your setup. However, it was a struggle for me at first. That being said, the quality is excellent. A thick, strong, and sturdy material. You can place it right where you want it, and it won't move. Although the wood finish is prone to fingerprints and oils from skin, I had mine painted with a clear matte finish spray to prevent that from happening. The comfort level is excellent, something you wouldn't necessarily expect from a wooden wrist rest. As a result of that, the finish became a little duller but the fingerprints and oils were removed. I am not even going to tell you because it still looks great to me. Overall, this is a highly recommended product.

This is a great product for boards with 60% coverage
5/5

As far as wrist rests go, this is the most comfortable and best-looking one It is actually more comfortable than my last wrist rest. It is angled in such a way that it actually adds more support to your wrists when typing or gaming for hours on end. Apart from being very comfortable, it also looks very attractive and with any keyboard it should be just fine. With this wrist rest, I have nothing but good things to say, and if you have a 60% board, it is one of the few I have seen that actually matches. realize 30 dollars may sound like a lot for a wrist rest, but just buy it because you won't be sorry you did.

For typing all day long, it provides comfortable, firm support
5/5

The majority of my days consist of me typing for about eight hours. When I sit at my desk, I cannot hover my hands as it is supposed to be the right method of typing. My shoulders stay tense when I do that. As my forearms rest on this wrist rest, I can relax my muscles. The angle is just perfect, and it is firm enough. Beanbags don't support our bodies as well as this one That's the type of wrist rest I've been using, and it seems more durable (and its material is less wasteful) than memory foam. It looks smooth and matte with a dark background The wood has been stained. As far as logos go, this wrist rest has a small, unobtrusive logo. If you set it on a slippery surface, you can count on its rubbery feet Only thing that might cause an issue is that my arms might stick to it if I use lotion or it's too humid, but that's something that I can fix with long sleeves or some sort Wooden wrist rests are likely to form cracks if they get too hot, so I'm not going to deduct a star for that, but I wanted to point it out in case anyone was looking for wood wrist rests pro and con. A reasonable price and a satisfactory purchase make my purchase a good one.
