The package was extremely damaged when it arrived

One of the trays was completely warped. bent; Given the state of the package when I received it, I should have known. I couldn't have bent it back into place in any way. I really wanted these to work well in my office, but I had to return them. I attempted to contact the seller using the information provided in the package, but after two weeks, I was unable to do so. I returned the product because I didn't receive any response. There will be no replacement ordered.

I like the color, but one of the trays is severely bent. It kind of rocks because it doesn't touch the tabletop on both sides. It's due to the dents and other damage. On the other hand, one side is leaning in as well. I think the durability would be fine on a desk, but not for shipping. They won't stack well because they're bent. It was disappointing.

It is not the correct size; the description states that it is 14 inches long

They claim to be 9 inches long, but when I read the questions (which I forgot to do before ordering), they claim to be 13 inches long. So I thought it would be the perfect size for my desk and ordered it. I need something to hold legal-sized folders, so it's too small. The item itself is nice; however, when ordering, keep in mind the size.
