I love this product. I think it's great. The only complaint I have is that the stitches near the bottom started falling apart. It has a great look and works as it should.

A black marker looked like it had been used to color the trim of the briefcase

Despite the fact that the leather seems ok, I am not particularly fond of the colour. It is the trim of the briefcase that causes me the most problems. There is almost a feel that someone colored the edge of the briefcase with a black marker all I was not in need of it, and on the one I bought the black trim seemed to have already worn off on the sides, probably a precursor to what is even worse to come after extensive use. Due to the fact that it was a gift, I was somewhat disappointed. The sample was returned in a timely manner.
