You may wonder if it is genuine leather or not. There is no doubt about it. You are looking at a fossil. Buckles on straps are made of stainless steel and are very durable. The latches on the bag work great, they are stiff and do not appear to be going bad. I have used them for a while now, and they are still in good shape. There's room in the bag for my MacBook Air 13", charger, and a couple other small items, but there isn't much room for anything This bag is perfect for women who carry a minimal amount at all times. It forces you to be organized and stow things away neatly. As a 5'9" guy like me, it's the perfect size proportionate to my height so it doesn't seem like you are carrying around a bag designed for a larger.
