I agree completely, but one thing I hesitate about is the newspaper because the folders will have a hard time holding it, and the 2 things that hold the books are not made to hold thin materials. Yet I tried to put a newspaper in it, and even though the holders don't put pressure on the paper, it does the job by not letting the pages fall nor will it turn itself. I hope this gives you a picture of what's going on.
The newer one was recently added to the listing by Amazon. The older one is still available.
In actuality, it measures seven inches by eight and one eighth inches. This refers to the place where the book is kept. The dimensions of the sheet are 15 1/8" by I merely wanted to mention that. This is a great book stand. It's very well made. Hope you have a good time!
From LEFT TO RIGHT, there are five items. I started at the top and followed it through to the bottom. My favorite thing about this book stand is that I can use it when reading a fat book. All the components are well-made and very "handsome." Like everything about it, it is excellent. You'll enjoy it!

The mail has just come in. In the end, this book stand is a nice and sturdy model, with a last piece that is relatively easy to screw together. It currently holds my large textbook fine, but the screws are not long enough and the wood is soft, so I am concerned that it could break after a while of use. At the moment it is holding up my large textbook fine, but I am not pleased that my stand has.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and it was worth every penny! Her vision is so bad that she cannot read when she has Macular Degeneration. can read some large print books with this stand and some strong reading glasses. When she uses a good light, she can also see. The pace of development is still slow - As the book is in her hands, she is able to use the stand to maneuver As she writes, the page is left "free" up until the ruler is used to go down the page line by line. The base is a good size, so it holds even larger books. The small page holders on the base ensure that no text gets in the way. As a result of multiple adjustment options on the back, the book can be tilted to many different angles, providing Mom with just the right viewing angle. Additionally, it is of good quality.
It has been several years since I have shopped for and bought bookstands. My search has been fruitless so far and I would like you to help. There is no doubt about it - A very robust and flexible construction. A bookstand could only be angled in a limited number of ways. The slope of this one goes from almost flat to completely straight. Moreover, it can be raised upward from your table top or desk and be supported at a higher level.
I have to say that this appears to be a reasonably sturdy bookstand. The situation has only changed for a short period of time, so I will keep you posted if anything changes I'm content for now with it for the most part. Although mine came with a few surface scuffs -but it's not too noticeable to me right now. There is nothing major, and it does not present a significant problem. It is easy to hold on to the stand because it has decent grips under the base. My one concern (which also shows up in the photos) is that if you lower the angle of the stand past the steepest rung, the lower lip of the stand extends over and under the base, so that the lip rests on the desk for most of the angles you will want. It is strange that this is happening. I can imagine that this is not a significant issue for most people, but I can imagine the potential for surface-related infections If the stand is shifted around during use, it might scratch the lower corner of the wood It would seem there would be some way of making the wooden part appear at any angle without it making actual contact with anything.
There is no doubt that this book stand served its purpose well. As soon as I received the first draft, I was shocked. About four screws were missing from the product when it arrived. The veneer was falling off and the veneer had peeled off. would have preferred to screw the thing back in place, but I was unable to do this. Although the wood had completely fallen apart, I decided to give it a second chance and get another one shipped to me. It was in good condition when it arrived as well. As a book stand, it has served its purpose very well. Reading with it is a lot more ergonomic and you get a much better experience when reading for a long time. Concerning its construction, all I can say is that I'm worried. I have a feeling that it could have a somewhat fragile feel and might not hold up as well over time I have used it for a month, so it is still functioning.
Mine should arrive tomorrow and I cannot You have to be aware of the Wiztem Book stand sizes. There are about 15 flowers on the Jasmine tree. The width ranges from 5" to 24", but there may be smaller and larger varieties as well. If you are reading articles and/or out of 3 it is okay to use the Jasmine (or larger) You need ring binders for your documents. You can choose the one that suits you best.
As a beginner, I gave this as a gift and found multiple places on the front edge of the laminate to be peeling. Returned the returned item to the customer and refunded The item was ordered by me. I received a second unit with the same issue. There will be no repeat purchase of this item, but I will look for a replacement instead.
Due to the fact that I have never owned another book stand, this review is purely subjective. As a nursing student, my books probably weigh 5lbs each, so a metal stand would have provided more stability when weight is unevenly distributed. The wood part is good and the clips that secure the pages are flexible and easily maneuverable, but the stand itself is plastic and definitely not sturdy. I imagine that the price is a little steep for what you get, but everything connected with school seems so expensive today.
