In our 3A, we need to maintain a closed portfolio of 11"x17".
This holder, however, is not tall enough to hold an open book. I love using them to display my artwork for sale, but I am concerned about how tall the front lip is.
The box is large enough to hold a stack of flyers that size. I put a stack of 70 sheets of standard 20-pound paper in it. They stood up after I put a piece of 5" x 11" paper on it. Also helpful is that the angle is adjustable.
The ones I have are 4 inches wide and 8 inches This container holds a lot, which makes it perfect to take on the go. There are four different sizes of paintings I do, ranging from 4x6 to 14x16.

My tiles that I bought in Mexico are different sizes, and the hinges on these are very stiff. It is really helpful to have something that is so rigid. By using the full height of the stand, I am able to ensure my heavy tile won't fall off the stand. It's nice not to have to use the full length of the stand for everything that I put on them.
Very low profile so they do not take over the display. The stands are perfect for showcasing items on a table. Despite being very sturdy, they can take a heavy book with no problem. It is a very useful item for such a low price.
It is heavy and I use it to store heavy books. I was amazed at how well they held up.
This stands out and looks great on a small or medium book I have no problems with the hinge staying in place.
The hinges are a bit difficult to move, which I also wanted, so these are quite solidly constructed.
Using these to display photos and taller plates was a good purchase.

I like them a lot. In case you need a more tall stand, you can fold up the third section. However, if a stand with a shorter arm is required, simply fold it up and use it like a 2-arm stand This wire stand doubles as a phone stand. In addition, they hold the material at an angle that can be adjusted. I like how they're well made and that they nest when they're not in use.
