These bookends were purchased to keep the books in place. These metal bookends are sturdy enough to withstand the weight of the books, and they are large enough to support all of my books and notebooks. They also have a slip-resistant bottom that works well. Aside from that, purchasing them in the quantity sold was very cost effective. This brand is a great value for the price, and I'm more likely to buy more of it as my collection grows than another brand I bought from Amazon previously.

and at a very reasonable price. In my house, I have a library. Normally, I'd have to look for book shelving with a limiter to prevent books from falling out. But this isn't going to help with the top shelf. My recent move, however, necessitated shelving that was not as wide and thus lacked deliminiter. I was in desperate need of these. They perform admirably, in my opinion. I like that they don't slide, that they keep the books in place (of all sizes), and that they aren't too expensive. I really like how high-quality this item is. When I run out of these, I'll definitely buy more. Thank you for providing an excellent product at a reasonable price.

These bookends served as dividers between genres and authors. They've been thoughtfully designed and finished - On any of the pieces, there were no sharp edges. When not in use, the bookends can be stacked on top of each other. Each piece is light and airy. When properly set up, it can hold a variety of book sizes and weights.

We are avid readers with a large library, so finding these book ends at a reasonable price was a pleasant surprise. br>They are a nice hefty metal (not the lightest when stacked, but reasonably light individually). Identical to the type used at your local library to keep books from toppling over. We use them as single book stops in our bookcases for books that aren't full, as well as ends for books that aren't kept on shelves, and they work well in both situations.

These are your standard metal bookends that slide under the book's ends. As a kid, I had a pair of these (the style, not the brand). Unlike the ones I had as a kid, these are fairly sturdy and have grippy pads on the bottom. This style of bookend works well because you can make your book row any size you want, and the way the bookends slide under the books helps them stay upright better than more decorative bookends.

These book ends are suitable for a wide range of books. They are unobtrusive and take up very little shelf space. If your books are larger and heavier, you may need to use two to keep them steady and in place. I'll order more because I use them in all of our bookcases, but it would be nice if they offered a variety of heights instead of just one. If you're looking for a non-decorative way to store your books, this is it. These are going to be fantastic. They're simple, but they don't take away from the books or other exhibits. For my studio, I also ordered these in neon colors, and they're a lot of fun - The colored one had the advantage of coming in a three-size pack. This book comes highly recommended.

I was surprised at how sturdy they were, given that I only paid $25 for ten of them. They have a nice felt strip on the bottom that easily held a dozen hardcover textbooks. They're stackable, which means I can keep them all in one small space and grab them as needed. They were shipped quickly and were a fantastic product at a fantastic price. It doesn't get any better than this!.
