Like 3- Without the middle hole, a hole punch can be used.
Due to a lack of extension posts, I had to return the binders.
For it, I needed to purchase a three-hole punch that was adjustable.
On the top, there is a sliding button that opens and closes the front door. back. Slide the lock open, then separate the top and bottom completely - Put as many sheets as you want in the binder, then replace the top on the two protruding pins and slide the button to close it. For the past 25 years, I've been using this item as a general ledger book. There has never been an issue.

But there's a catch: Wilson is a lone wolf. The post extenders for these have been discontinued by Jones, and they now only expand to a maximum of 2 inches. My mother prefers to archive her books when they are 3 inches thick, but she will have to archive them more quickly now. I tried every post extender made by every manufacturer, and none of them fit this binder! Also, the tabbed alphabetized dividers that go in these have been discontinued. I had to make a set for her out of card stock and adhesive labels that I purchased on Amazon. It's ridiculous! She stated that she will not be changing her bookkeeping system because she is retiring soon, but I would avoid this binder if you are just starting out!.
This binder appears to be capable of accomplishing my objectives.
I have a number of these binders and have never had a problem with them. The new clasps don't stay closed, and I've already passed my return deadline. Grrrrr.
This Post binder is the best type for my office needs, and I've been using one on an annual basis for the past thirteen years. They're difficult to come by in office supply stores, so I've always had good luck ordering them from Amazon. com.
For our various businesses, I have two more of these. I still write all of my books by hand, but these make it so much easier. Another one was just placed in my shopping cart. "No, these binders you use work perfectly for small business, there's no need to change," my accountant said when I asked if I should get computerized. Mine has been in my possession for a long time and is in excellent condition. You won't be able to wear them out, in my opinion. It is well-made.
It is JUST the item for the Wilson Jones Ledger Form paper - it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. However, the cost is exorbitant. REDUCE THE PRICE; THIS ITEM SHOULD NOT EXCEED $19. IF THAT'S THE CASE, THEN IT'S GOING TO BE.
The journal is nice, but I had to make my own inserts because the paper they sell doesn't have the right lines for my industry.
This binder is exactly what I was looking for to keep track of my company's history. It's perfect! I saw others like it online, but they were way too expensive; this is a sturdy binder that looks like it'll last for years.
