You unscrew the screws, and as the binder fills up, you can adjust the height of the screws to create more space. You must also obtain the protectors that are specifically designed for this type of binder; otherwise, dealing with it will be difficult.
"I THINK YOU CAN ONLY BUY ONE"
The Swingline 74400 Heavy Duty Punch can be fitted with 11/32" punch dies, which will work for this diameter post, but the punch hole spacing on my punch was a little too far apart for the post spacing on this binder. I made it work by enlarging the holes for the screws that hold the end punch dies in the frame, allowing the dies to be positioned closer together and eliminating waves in the punched paper caused by the too-close spacing of the dies. Standard die spacing is a long distance apart. It is a simple solution.
Mine was included in the package. For them, the wrench is a useful tool. br>However, despite the fact that it's supposed to be the same size as a standard three-ring binder, mine is about 1/4 inch shorter. I had to purchase an adjustable three-hole punch, and the paper is incompatible with it.

You're old if you've heard of this. Seriously, I've been using this for my entire life, on both my father's and now my own books. It has an old-school feel to it.
A standard three-hole punch will not work with this binder. It's a shame because it's very well made, and I'd buy more if I could.
I'm going to give it 5 stars because it's nice and heavy and looks like it'll last a long time, but it doesn't come with anything in it, despite the photo showing it does. I'm not sure what I was expecting to find inside, but in any case, this is the binder I was looking for.
br>Apart from that, it's very professional and durable.
They were nowhere to be found in the area.
The size of the posts is excessive. I can't seem to find a hole punch that will fit my sheets.
These binders are my favorite. I've been keeping records with them for years in my company. They are used on a daily basis and have proven to be very durable. I realize they're a little pricey, but I believe they're well worth it for the years of use you'll get out of them.
For several years, we've been storing AutoCAD drawings in these binders. They are constructed and manufactured to the highest standards. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's well worth it.
