A binder I am currently using is just the right size to meet my needs and the materials used in its construction are well made and pleasing to the eye. (See revision below) The only problem I have with this binder is that when the top ring release lever is pushed, the rings do not completely open. It is necessary to use both of the ring release levers in order to open the rings correctly.
