There is no way to close the upper ring! The pages don't stay locked when you turn them and they are very flimsy

This one touch closing and locking mechanism is great - I really like it! Some of the users here have complained that the mechanism doesn't work properly and the rings don't close completely. In addition to the outer pocket, the inner pocket is also nice, but, as noted by others, the clear plastic is.
