The description is correct, in my opinion. The top was made of memory foam when I bought it. Right now, I'm seated on mine. When you sit on it, it does not compress much, but it is extremely comfortable, and there are no worn indentations after a long period of use. br>I was much happier with my purchase than I had anticipated. Any type of cushion would suffice. This is extremely light and compacts to nothing. This is not a high-quality product.
Fabric is used to cover this cushion (microsuede?).
The cover fabric is smooth and has a suede-like texture. texture is something I like. I'd say it's non-compliant based on our experience. Whether the manufacturer classifies it as such or not is a moot point. For the past six months, my wife has been rocking on a smooth surface with one of our two cushions, and there has never been a hint of it sliding out of place.

A hard, flat foam that was delivered in a plastic container. Please read the following: Before buying this item, I read through all of the reviews carefully. It was criticized for being too soft by some. Others complained that it was too difficult, and I somehow missed the comment that said people would receive TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOAM INSERTS (products). I got a SOFT foam that was rolled up in a small box. Seriously, with no padding, this foam is useless. The harder white foam and a layer of soft foam can be seen in the photo. This item is "packaged in a different manner. " So, if you order this, I'm not sure if you'll get the worthless soft foam version or the harder white foam version as shown in the pictures. BEWARE OF THE BUYER. The rolled up soft version I got is useless in my opinion and provides very little padding.
I can't even keep track of how many cushions I've ordered from Amazon. I'm a big woman, so I needed a chair that was both soft and sturdy for my office. It's all over now. It's comfortable, keeps me from squirming too much, and lasts a lot longer than the others I've bought (I've had it for over a month). This is the one you should get. I wasn't paid to write this review; I was just fed up with other cushions and wanted to let potential buyers know that this is the one to get!.
Its extra large size is exactly what I require, but I was unable to locate one locally. There is a group of people who do not believe in the existence of God. The bottom has a non-slip coating that keeps it from sliding around. The top memory foam layer is approximately 7/8" thick (see attached photos), while the bottom foam is slightly over 2", resulting in overall dimensions of 19" (width) x 17"* (depth) x 3" (height), which correspond to the product description. It took a couple of days for it to break-in for me. It's gotten to the point where it's quite cozy. Carrying it around is simple thanks to the handle on the seat cushion.
After reading some of the reviews, I was undecided about purchasing this. I knew I wanted a big cushion that would cover the entire seat of my chair, so I decided to give it a shot. I find it firm but not hard, and it always returns to its original shape after sitting on it for several hours, though it does take some getting used to sitting up higher than before. It did not have the strong odor that some customers claimed it did. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
At 240 pounds, I'm a big guy. This is a fantastic cushion. At 240 pounds, I'm a big guy who squashes most cushions. From the moment I sat down on it, I was completely enthralled. It compresses, to be sure. However, there is still a lot of cushioning - With my heavy weight, I was able to gain at least an inch and a half. It's something I use in my car and it's made a world of difference. I may need to order a replacement for my office chair - It's also fantastic there. The foam appears to be of excellent quality, and the material appears to be of good quality. I did not receive this product for free or at a reduced price, and I do not value the opinions of those who did. YIKES! Extremely difficult and difficult to attain. It causes me to sit at my desk with my head way too high. I'm sitting at my grandparents' kitchen table, perched on a phone book, like a little kid! lol! The material is extremely scratchy and unsettling. I bought it because it was long and wide enough to fit in the seat of my office chair, but I wish I had bought something else. I am a woman, just to put things in perspective. My height is 5'5" and my weight is 125 pounds. I suppose if you were really heavy, this would be a good cushion, but I only sink into it after a few minutes of sitting on it. I'm hoping it softens up over time! br>br>UPDATE: br>br> This thing is so ridiculously thick and high that I just took it out of the cover and cut it in half lengthwise with a handsaw. It's now at a reasonable height, and I have a spare cushion insert in case this one fails! Now I'm a lot more content:.
I have arthritis and never expected to find a comfortable way to sit at my computer, so this was a pleasant surprise. I am allergic to everything, from house dust to everything else, so when I opened the package, I expected an onslaught of odors, but instead, I smelled only "new material" odor, which dissipated quickly. The cushion "plumped" in a few hours, so I used it right away, and even though I sat a little higher in my seat, it wasn't too uncomfortable; It gets more comfortable with each passing day. It allows me to sit straight in my office chair, which relieves some of the stress that comes with squirming around in search of comfort. It has improved my life (and bottom!). ) are far more comfortable than they have ever been. When I need it, I'll purchase it again.
It neither provides "enhanced comfort" nor "effectively dissipates pressure," as claimed. My 180-pound frame causes the cushion to collapse completely.
