These were purchased for use at our church. When it comes to potlucks, it's a good idea to have a few of these on hand. The chairs are light and comfortable enough for meals or a quick Bible study, but I wouldn't want to sit in them for an entire day of meetings. Seating is limited. br>br>It's been about eight months, and three of the chairs have already started to tear. All four have tears in the same exact spot (1 in a church room, 2 in the fellowship hall). All of this is on the seat's front left corner. This appears to be a misplaced stitch or something similar to me. I contacted the seller, but they will not replace it because the 30-day period has passed. We spent over $2,000 on chairs, and I'm worried that more stitches will come undone. I'll have to keep this updated as needed, and inform future potential buyers if they're lemons. br>br>At this time, the alert is - Within the first 30 days, be extremely picky about your chairs.

This is one of the few times I've been disappointed by a customer review on this site. br>br>I purchased these chairs solely on the basis of the 4. 5 stars for the majority of the comments. These aren't very comfortable chairs. The chairs are very narrow. br>br> They have almost no padding, are extremely low to the ground, and are of poor quality overall. Are they more comfortable than a standard metal folding chair? Yes. They aren't, however, of high quality. I wasn't expecting to be as comfortable as a recliner, but the padding in the photo is deceiving. It could just as well be devoid of any padding. These chairs are as hard as a rock. br>br>And now for the fun part. I went to set up a return appointment. I'll cover the cost of return shipping. I'd eat 50% of the money I paid to ship these chairs back if I could. People, be cautious. Upgrade your chair and pay a little more unless you're looking for a really basic, uncomfortable chair.

I used to have some uncomfortable kitchen chairs that came with my small table and were too small for my requirements. This chair has everything I've been looking for in a chair on Amazon. It's sturdy, comfortable, sleek and modern, compact and lightweight for its size, and its design is completely minimalist, so if you're looking for a luxury comfort chair with "spinal memory foam support" or something similar, look elsewhere. To be clear about how comfortable it is for me, I'll say this: I'm 6' 0" and weigh 155 pounds, so I'm in the average weight range for my height, and this chair fits me perfectly and provides excellent cushioning. For a larger person with more muscle/width/mass/density, this chair may not have enough padding on the seat and/or be too small for you, so don't be afraid to look into Flash Furniture's higher tier chairs. Just by looking at the pictures, I can tell that the FD- BHF- The cushioning on the GG model is roughly twice as much as on this chair. This is a two-thirds of the way through the book. The fact that this is exactly what I expected from my purchase is a disadvantage. br>It's pre-assembled and ready to use. GARGANTUAN BOX CONSTRUCTION br>br>This chair arrived fully assembled in a GIANT brown box, and I mean GIANT. My apartment door was almost the same height as it was when I bought it. I was surprised that my delivery guy bothered to deal with it at all! This, however, worked in my favor because all I had to do was bring the box into my apartment and unpack it. Now, this could either indicate that the sellers were aware that the chair would not break during shipment (it amazes me how sturdy this thing must be! ), or it could indicate that the sellers were unaware that the chair would not break during shipment. ), or that the seller didn't put enough effort into the packaging. That is their fault, not the chair's. br>br>Also, don't sit in this chair without a shirt on because the metal on top of the back padding is extremely cold. However, for a metal frame, this is to be expected. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend to anyone in need of new apartment chairs. However, because of the foam padded seats, it is unlikely to be used outside. br>br>I've had this chair for about a week, and I'll update this review if anything breaks or if I'm still happy with it a few months down the road.

The manufacturer had two of the eight chairs I ordered defective. They weren't harmed during the shipping process. The chairs will not stack due to the bent legs. The tabs on the stacking guide have been broken off. I'm attempting to replace the two defective ones, but it appears that I'll have to return the entire box and receive a refund. The reviews were great, but they turned out to be false in my case. I'm surprised Amazon would do business with a company that operates in this manner. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I contacted the seller, who agreed to send us two replacement chairs after several emails and photos. The manufacturer, in my opinion, should not have sent them out in the first place. They couldn't even stack due to their bending. That's what I get for buying Chinese-made goods, I guess.

My fat ace employees can sit in these without breaking them (despite their best efforts). However, I gave them a one-star rating for comfort because I believe they are far too comfortable. My employees are refusing to get off their arses and work - They simply plop themselves down in these chairs and start snoozing. So maybe if they made them less comfortable, they wouldn't want to spend the entire day in them?.

I bought this for my office to replace the wheeled desk chairs that were breaking due to the weight of myself and the customers who sat in them. A standard chair isn't designed to support anyone who weighs more than 250 pounds. This Chair, on the other hand, is! It has enough padding to allow a person to sit in it for a half hour or longer in comfort. My only reason for deducting a star is the fabric cover, which, while easy to clean, I believe is of poor quality. What I mean is that the fabric will imprint through thin fabrics, irritating sensitive skin (like mine). This, I believe, is due to the coarse weave, which could be remedied by recovering the seat with a softer fabric at some point in the future. Overall, a great chair; the legs and frame are sturdy, and the chair stays firmly in place on the floor thanks to nonskid leg stoppers. Because it is light, it is also simple to move when needed. I'd buy it again if I had a similar need.
