From the ground to the seat, how high is it? The dimensions listed in the description are a bit misleading. ?

From the floor up, 16 inches in front center. THESE ARE EXTREMELY NICE CHAIRS! Strong, light, and, most importantly, COMFORTABLE! I hope this has been of assistance.

Are the rubber / plastic guides on the bottom of the sled base rails removable, and can these chairs be slid across carpet?

Yes, they can be taken off. I have laminate floors, so I removed them and replaced them with self-stick felt-like strips, which have served me well. Sorry, but I don't know about carpet, but I assume that if the rubber parts are removed, the metal should slide easily over it.

Is a chair dolly available to go with these chairs?

I'd send an email to the seller, flash furniture, and see if they have one available.

Is it possible to use these chairs outside?

The chair, which has a plastic seat and back and a painted steel frame, has been used outside. The chair is weatherproof, but if you plan to use it on soft ground, you may notice that it sinks.

Is it really worth the money? I have two of these utilitarian chairs, which we're using as a temporary solution to our seating issues while we save up for something more upscale, well-designed, and pricey (like Arper). We purchased one locally for $15 and the other online for approximately $65 including shipping from a business chair site. This chair is excellent value for $15: For wider bottoms, it's durable and comfortable. The $65 chair arrived scratched and with a significant chip in the plastic seat (after the local shop where we got the cheap one ran out of stock). It's not worth the trouble. br>br>Whether you buy this chair depends on your trust in the seller and the feedback they've gotten on their shipping practices. It's a decent, low-cost seating option if it's not damaged. It won't win any design awards, and you might want to get a seat pad to go with it, but it'll suffice.

The design is straightforward

This is an excellent chair. I bought one to add to my home's seating. I didn't want anything that looked like a lawn chair or was too bulky. It has such a simple design that it can be used in almost any room of the house. It's a heavy-duty piece of equipment that's also extremely comfortable. To dress it up a little, I threw a fur throw over the back. I intend to purchase a second.

Apart from the color (green, which is his favorite), my 6-year-old nephew adores this chair! For comfort, the product is very compact and made of soft plastic.

There has been a significant amount of research. I've only ordered two so far, but I'm planning on ordering a few more. They're a little scuffed from being stacked in a warehouse, but with a little elbow grease and positioning, they'll be fine.

The curve is a little too inward for my taste, but it's still a nice chair

The curve in the chair back is too inward, so it doesn't provide enough support for positions near your spine, and the overall design doesn't provide very good lumbar support, but the build quality is excellent. I highly recommend it if you do not intend to use it as a long-term working chair.

This chair appears to be tough and able to withstand a lot of "abuse. " "I have it in my classroom, and my students are experimenting with it. " It's been a few months since I got it, and it's held up well so far. It appeals to the children, who comment on how cozy it is. When my budget allows, I intend to purchase more.

Excellent chair that is simple to clean

Chairs are ideal for our breakroom because they are simple to clean and move around. The only criticism I have of the chairs is that they easily tip over if a child is standing in the back of the chair. If you don't have any wild children climbing in the chairs, however, they are fantastic and sit comfortably.

Shipping was a disaster, and the stock was filthy. This is an excellent chair. There were a few scratches on it. The packaging was flimsy at best. The chair was filthy and dusty as well. It was most likely in a filthy stockroom. The chair itself appears to be solid and well-made.
