I would have given this product a much higher rating if I could. Sturdy, long-lasting, and exactly what I was looking for. However, the vendor places a card in the package requesting a 5-star review in exchange for a $10 Amazon e-gift card. "Attention DO NOT attach this card to your review OR your account will be put at risk!" says the fine print on the card. REALLY!.

I needed a stand for my work computer that looked like the one I have for my personal laptop. The problem is that because the stand I use for my personal computer is actually adhered to and a part of it, I didn't feel comfortable getting the same thing for my work computer because it does not technically belong to me. After much searching, the stand appeared to be of the highest quality, but I was hesitant to order at first because it specifically states that it is designed for Apple computers, which is what I have for my personal computer, but my work computer is a PC. After careful consideration of the dimensions, I decided to take a chance. As you can see from the photos, it's working out great; I like having the keyboard raised so I can type more easily, and the camera angle is now much better for my daily teleconference meetings. And, unlike my other stand, it isn't attached to the computer, which is a plus in this case. It comes in three pieces, so you'll have to assemble it, but it'll only take you five minutes. It's a well-known fact. It's a well-made product that's serving me well!.

When connected to an external monitor, the HP Envy laptop is 6 inches wide. I used to use a vertical stand, which worked fine, but it became inconvenient to constantly connect and disconnect all of my peripherals. In this new WFH era, I spend nearly all of my time on my laptop, and I alternate between using it alone and connecting it to my larger monitor and keyboard. I quickly discovered that I needed a way to raise my laptop and keep it in front of me WITHOUT blocking my monitor. That's precisely what this stand accomplishes. br>br>While many others I've seen have all these different tilting angles, which is great, it's not what I was looking for, and those are much more expensive, this stand is not only a fraction of the price of others, but it's also built just as well, if not better! br>br>Mine arrived in less than 24 hours, and while I was surprised by the small size of the box, everything I needed was inside, packaged neatly with no wasted space. I must commend you on your efficiency. It takes only a few minutes to assemble the stand, and it comes with all of the necessary tools. If I had to pick something, the two legs cover a small portion of my laptop's air vents, but not nearly enough to be a problem. This isn't something I'd expect to happen with every laptop, let alone a small one. I was also surprised by how small the four screws included were, but they do their job and the stand is quite sturdy. I don't think there's anything to be concerned about in terms of longevity here. Overall, I am very pleased with, and grateful to have discovered, this laptop stand at all, and at such a low price; I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!.

This is a safe and effective way to raise your laptop by about 2 inches. 5" for increased thermals and ergonomics, as well as adjusting the angle. It appears to be made of machined aluminum, with silicon pads on the surfaces that come into contact with the desk and laptop computer. The allen wrench included in the package makes assembly a breeze, and the screw holes are countersunk. The stand isn't perfectly square once it's put together (that is, it doesn't sit perfectly flat), but that's a minor flaw that the weight of a laptop will cover. The width is adequate for a 17-inch laptop's stability, and it also fits a 15-inch model. When using this, there is no wiggle, which is unsurprising given the sturdy construction and four-point suspension. contact points with the desk Although several retailers appear to be selling the same model, I only tested the SOQOOL because it was slightly less expensive than the others. In the end, at around ten dollars, this riser is a steal.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is avoided, and the camera is raised for zoom. The style is elegant and simple. The nonskid coating on contact points keeps your laptop in the stand and keeps the stand from sliding. Assembly was very easy, with only four hex screws (including the hex wrench) that are flush with the metal braces, giving it a clean line. My laptop does not overheat when I raise it at an angle. With the laptop at this angle, carpal tunnel isn't an issue for me. Instead of looking up your nostrils, the video conference stand directs the camera to the center of your face. My 17-inch laptop fits snugly on the stand and is extremely stable. I can't say enough about how fantastic this product is.

I was working from home on my dining room table, propped up by a thick book. My laptop kept falling out of its place on top of the book. But it finally occurred to me that there must be a product designed specifically for this purpose. This is ideal because it raises the laptop's back to a perfect, gentle angle, making typing much easier. It only takes a few minutes to put it together. There are four screws, and that's all there is to it. I'm glad I bought it because it was reasonably priced.

It does its job. The only issue I have with this laptop stand is that some of the padding for one of the "feet" in the front of the stand is peeling away, so I'll have to glue it back together. To prevent this from happening, use gray rubber skids. In addition, the schematic is a bit hazy- I'll admit that I'm terrible at putting things together, so a lot of the difficulty I had assembling the stand was my fault; however, the stand comes with everything you need to put it together. br>br>For such a low-cost item, it is constructed of durable materials (with the exception of the non-recyclable materials). skid stuff peeling off) and does a fantastic job of fulfilling its purpose. My laptop no longer overheats, which was a major issue given that it is a second-generation model. The keyboard tilt angle is comfortable for typing with one hand, and the angle of the keyboard tilt is comfortable for typing with the other. I don't type for eight to nine hours a day, so I can't comment on that, but it's fine for four to five hours, and the laptop doesn't shift or wobble while being held by the stand. br>br>Overall, I am pleased with this product and its price, and I would recommend it to others.
