Please read this note before you make a purchase! Let me share the NUMBER ONE TIP I have for you before I discuss how much I love this thing During the process of inserting the papers, you should let go of the papers so they drop into the hole
5/5

Then they will align themselves perfectly on their own and you will not destroy When you hold the papers while they are going into the hole, you will hold them at an angle and ruin all your hard work. Do not listen to people who are bashing this letter folder, they do not know what they are talking about. In addition, I have included a video demonstration. You may not be able to see me drop the papers in, but you can kind of hear me dropping them. When I hold my hands to the back, it's just to support it. I'm a man. This is such a high quality product at a reasonable price. I bought it since I am getting into real estate investing and have to mail a significant amount of mail a I was able to save a lot of time by using this method instead of hand folding. In fact, if you load your paper AS DIRECTLY as you can, it will NEVER mishandle it. A folded or misshapen piece of paper can be destroyed only if this thing has already been folded. Apart from that, it folds them very well every time. I love this product As soon as I upgrade to the automated system, which allows me to load multiple sheets, I will definitely be returning to Martin Yale. I think this thing is a great buy based on its price. Time is money, you know.

single sheets that need to be produced in short runs
3/5

I, too, comment that this sensor didn't last very long before it broke. worked with the machine to fold single sheets of museum membership and acknowledgment letters (sigh), (yes) at a rate of roughly Make sure that the paper is perpendicular and square to the mail piece or else it will eat it. The alignment was OK once I got used to it, as I was always apprehensive that the next sheet would be the one to crumple. For those who receive repeated emails and whose messages are not customized, it would be better to use this option. As a result, if the tab in the folder chews through it, you will have to redo the sheet Take a picture of the specific piece of mail that was.

Effortlessly accomplishes the task! The billing cycle for the magazine invoices I have received so far have been great! Since I married that woman (her parents have a great work ethic, like to do things to stay busy, so she comes with two great parents), now I don't have to do that forced labor I inherited
5/5

So now they do not have to fold my invoices for the 240 dealers for Model Cars Magazine, and the 125 dealers for Slot Cars Magazine in an awkward spot on the table.
Now I just place it in the folder With three perfect folds, it folds the paper. There was no way to adjust the position of the folding area on the folder, which is why it took a while to get the templates lined up. Using QuickBooks, I was able to customize the Invoice Template in QB so that the folded area, the window for the mailing address, and everything else was where it should be on the invoice. In the end, it took all we had to do The right way to do it the first time is to repeat it seven times. One thing I would recommend is to make sure that you use the same envelopes each time so that you do not get your mail mixed The unit I get comes from Sam's Club, so that is In some cases, I was able to get two and three sheets on invoices, and the quality was also excellent. All of a sudden I hear screaming, but what about mom and dad? There is nothing left for them to do! You need not be worried. Even though they can still stuff the invoices in the envelopes, they won't even touch the yucky glue (not that I blame them, I'll take care of that myself). Also, I have one more thing to say. Would it be possible to have a better guide for the paper when it slides down into the folder? If you don't get the paper just right, it will end up getting creased on one side. You can probably make a guide yourself, or enlist the help of your children who can make something with their 3D printing skills, or simply It's a good, simple folder. It'll do fine for short runs if you take your time. For a hundred bucks, it's a time-saver. I place the folder on my desk, and place paper evenly inside, and it works just fine. It saves you a lot of frustration and time
5/5

It was easy for me to use this letter folder. It didn't take me more than twenty minutes to fold 300 3 page letters. Other people will probably be able to do it faster than me. As one reviewer previously pointed out, jams can be prevented with the "drop" method. I was able to accomplish this using this method. When I folded the three pages that needed to be folded, I lined them up between the two arrows, but I did not jam them up all the way to the folding mechanism. So, rather than "drop" the last 1/4 inch, I let them rest. The only mistakes I made were the first two after I figured out how the machine worked and the first two within the first 30. It has never been a problem for me.

The paper turned out well, but I had trouble keeping it straight
4/5

Thousands of 3 page letters were folded in one night. It did great, but it was hard to keep the paper straight as it was fed. I think it would be great if, on top of it, there were a paper feed tray. My inbox was jammed five times (1700 3 pages of letters!). There were several of them and they couldn't be cleaned out as easily as they were. A cover had to be removed in order to clear two I left the wheel on top on the side, making it safe to use. Ready to use when you need it, like a sowing machine! As a whole The price was well worth it. After the hard work, I didn't see any signs of wear and tear! At one point, I was able to produce, at most, 25 3 page letters per minute! My output was so fast that I had to have 2 people feed me and 3 stuff the envelopes with my output to keep up! I'm going to take a look at the Martin Yale Desktop Letter Folder now!.

This is a really good idea
3/5

I did not like the product. The present product does not merit a review from me since most of the time I tend not to comment and do not leave reviews. I would rather divide the papers I have to fold up throughout the week so I do not have to spend The idea of a machine that folds your documents for you is awesome, so I'm only giving it a two star rating! Despite the lack of stars, the product is still a solid 1. As soon as I received the product, I was able to tell that it had been Maybe the package we got was defective? But I have been with this package for only 16 minutes before I declared it to be defective. My papers did not completely fold in the machine or jam it, but I decided to return it because of the yellow paper I left jammed in the machine which was nearly impossible to remove. I feel bad for the next person who receives the machine I'll be returning. It is my regret to inform the When you do get it, lose the box and return your money if you are the one who gets it.
