Are there any differences in the 1711 model compared to the 1611 model? Martin Yale's web site did not show the differences, so I went to its website. Thanks so much! ?

1711 is automatic, meaning that you just press a button and the fold tables self-adjust as the paper size and fold adjusts. The 1611 has manually adjustable fold tables, while the 1711 has automatic fold tables that adjust automatically.

Can you tell how crisp the fold is?

A series of rollers pressure the folds in the paper as it passed through the machine. It appears as crisp as if it had been folded manually.

Are you aware of the warranty for this machine?

In the event of a manufacturing defect, there is a warranty of one year on parts and 90 days on labor.

A machine like this has recently been purchased for our church office and we absolutely The Duplo we had been using for the past 20 years broke down and we had to buy a new one. Following our review of all the user reviews and our viewing of the demonstration videos on the Martin Yale 1711, we decided that it meets every requirement that we were seeking. Thanks to the automated settings, it is so much easier to work with than our old machine, and we appreciate the fact that it doesn't tear card stock! The best part was we found a like new scratch and dent model for less than half the price of a brand new model!.

A wonderful piece of equipment

This machine is easy to set up and easy to operate. Multiple fold settings are preinstalled on the device This is a computer program that almost never fails. This is a highly recommended book.
