When people say "Ease-of-Use," they're referring to a They're not joking when they say that. We were folding paper after only 5 minutes of being out of the box. br>br>I bought this for a small credit union and it's very user-friendly. br>br>The setup instructions aren't as clear as they could be, but it's still doable. If the documentation was better, it would be a five-star rating. br>br>Because this device isn't exactly quiet, I wouldn't recommend it for use in a quiet office.
It gets the job done, folds quickly, and is a beast of a machine; it's large and well-made. made. The fold, however, isn't perfect and is a little crooked. So, if you're looking for the perfect fold, this isn't the machine for you; additionally, many pages will occasionally fold together, forcing you to pull them apart. I like the machine, and it serves its purpose in our warehouse. However, if you're looking for something with a lot of dead people in it, this isn't the place to be. This isn't going to work for you in terms of precision.
I did a lot of research on the internet before deciding to order the Yale 1611. My office at Coldwell Banker Burnet real estate in Minnesota was in desperate need of a folding machine; the previous one, a Martin Yale, was built in the 1990s and had creasing issues with the paper feeder. We all agreed that it was driving us insane, so we all chipped in and bought this Yale 1611. It was delivered quickly, and the instructions made it simple to assemble. In a matter of minutes, I had it set up and running. I demonstrated it to all of the other CBB employees in the resource room, and it works perfectly; I especially like the simple color-coded directions on each individual fold. As a result, it is capable of performing not only tri- but also quadruple- It folds, as well as a variety of other folds, including stapled folds. (5- You can order up to 150 copies to be folded individually at a time, and it works quickly. It's also not too loud. Kirby, I strongly advise you to purchase this item.
The noise it makes as it folds is the only complaint I have. It's simple to set up, and it's fast. I've only used it for two jobs so far, but it was bought for a church office and is currently being used to send letters.
Since the beginning, it hasn't worked correctly. br>br>I tried adjusting everything the videos show in order to achieve proper folding with no success. br>br>I emailed the sales company and received no response. br>Next step is to contact the manufacturer.
No tray for output materials, and it occasionally messes up the folds on the last page (takes two sheets and folds them together-- one properly folded and one incorrectly folded). It's fairly simple to use, but some of the recommended settings need to be tweaked.
It's a useful tool once you get the hang of it.
It's very easy to use, it's not too loud, and it gets the job done. We haven't had any issues with jamming, and the assembly is simple. This is a fantastic product that I wholeheartedly recommend!.
