Getting stuck with this excellent, commercial grade tape is not something you will have to worry about. You should buy tape that actually works, not cheap stuff. Here is the one that fits the bill at a reasonable price and includes a dispenser. The dispenser comes in a few different sizes that can be a little confusing, but you will get the idea after a few. A simple twist of the wrist is all it takes to cut the tape.

Normally, I just buy 12 packs of refills for my packaging tape since I use it for my job. I had a problem with my regular dispenser and needed to get another one. like to use dispensers like this for small square boxes, such as 4x4s or 6x4s, rather than very bulky dispensers. I had to purchase a package of dispensers since it was hard to find one. Okay, so I'm basically covered for life at this point. LOL. There are many tapes available on the market but I have not found one that's as good as this. There are some tapes that are too thin, or if they fall off the dispenser, they can get stuck where you will never be able to get them back. In comparison with all the others I have tried over the past few years, this is definitely high quality.

There was only enough tape to stretch about 3 inches, and then you had to fix the kink manually by manipulating or wrapping the plastic. In a matter of seconds, I removed the useless plastic dispenser from the tape and replaced it with my existing non-disposable dispenser.

Although four rolls is more than most normal users will need during the year, it is not hard to beat the price. This is the tape to use for mailing packages all year round. Moreover, I'll never run out of tape since I can also cover the mailing labels with it. Seals all packages that I seal, whether they are seasonal boxes for decorations, etc. It appears to be sturdy enough to hold everything I seal.
