There is no correspondence size other than 8-1/2 x 11 Rather than being 11 x 12, they are 6 x 9. If you want a perfect fit, though, you only have to fold your paper once.
Listed on the box as a sturdy 28 pound material is the following. Copy paper is a kind of "stock" that is stiffer and rougher. It worked for me to print the addresses through my inkjet at home.
Essentially you just peel and stick an envelope front that goes through the printer. I have run such an envelope through my printer before, but I still prefer to use a separate 3"x5" white peel and stick label for my addresses because I always include a cute graphic along with the address.

These envelopes have been sold to me since 2014, and the three boxes I received after are no longer made in the USA, smaller, and the paper quality and thickness are no longer as good as they used to be. It has been transformed from a bright white color to a dimmer cool There has even been a change in the size of the box. The box to the right of the bottom one in my photos is one of the older ones(Jan 2021) made in the USA with a wider adhesive strip, a longer top flap, Amazon has been buying and selling books since it began in 2007 In order to save a few cents they have sourced counterfeit or just lower quality envelopes and in so doing, are breaching their own policies in using the same listing for two different products. We will not be purchasing these from Amazon anymore and will instead buy locally. I would not recommend doing so. I'm very disappointed as a small business owner because I had relied on the quality of the envelope to make a good impression. I completely disagree with the photos in the listing. The product is being misrepresented by the photos. I have shown the size difference between the original or old (bottom) version and the new version or fake version (top) in my second image. Please note that these envelopes will not be the same as the ones They are heavy duty envelopes that are 28lb, MADE IN USA, and are good 6x9 envelopes that I use every day. The envelope you get nowadays is of a light weight and flimsy plastic. In spite of the inferior quality of these newer catalogue envelopes, they are manufactured by the same manufacturer, Quality Park. In shifting production of these envelopes overseas and decimating American jobs, Quality Parks has displayed a complete lack of social responsibility. Also, the new product does not possess the same quality as the Made In USA product - a major disappointment.
My orders have been delivered on time, every time. There have been a few random reviews that state the seams are not glued. I am going to chalk that up to random quality control issues. I have slapped my forehead with a smile for the reviews that say the envelopes are too small for a 6x9 item. When using an envelope, please buy a larger one if your item is close to 6x9. The 8-fold design is perfect for my large business mailings in which I fold all of them. In fact, that is the exact purpose of a 6x9 envelope, as 5x11 paper can be easily cut in half. There is too much paper to fit into a #10 envelope, and not enough to justify an extra postage charge.
An envelope that is thinner and the adhesive strip is smaller. I am giving 3 stars because they drastically changed the quality of the envelope! Several years ago I bought these and I noticed the envelopes were very thick and not see-through During my repurchase last month, it became clear that they were much thinner and could be seen through. In addition, the adhesive part that seals the envelope has changed. Instead of going across the entire lip it now only goes on the edge. With the new adhesive, there is only a 3" You are stripping. Therefore, there is one left. There are now five tape squares on each side of the envelope that I have to tape down to keep it from getting caught in the postal machines and tearing the envelope. I buy this because I can put it through my printer, so I will probably purchase them for the rest of my life because they are still the most affordable. Next time I order from them, I hope that "Quality Park" will ensure the quality is back to how they used to be.
For the purpose of sealing the envelope, it was easy to tear off the adhesive strip. I don't like these things 1) you really have to press the flap down on a hard surface to have it seal right the first time. Don't push it too hard - just make sure to press it down confidently - You need to add good pressure to the flap to get the seal to stick firmly. You can really seal it by sitting a book or computer on top of it for 30 seconds. Please note "2. I could see through the envelopes to the contents since they were a bit thinner than expected. I wouldn't recommend using this envelope for anything sensitive- The two don't have to be related unless you add a sheet of paper to cover everything. 1. 2. 3. They come packaged in a rather flimsy cardboard box and are shipped to me in a padded mailing envelope. It got partially crushed during shipping, as is natural. It would be better if the seller shipped these in a more sturdy box. The only way I could manage was to use these since my local office supply had run out, but these were almost.
As soon as I discovered them in 2013, I continued buying the same size and brand. It has been a very long time since I have used any envelope of this size and these are by far the best. We guarantee that you won't lick that awful tasting "glue". The clasps are not made of metal, which would It's as easy as peeling, sticking, and sealing. The only reason I add an extra piece of tape along the back is because I am a nervous wreck. These envelopes have really good adhesive, and the flaps never leave the envelope. I have never had an issue with my mail being stolen (at least not in my experience!) With this price, I do not think you can beat it for 100 envelopes!.
Despite expectations, the product was better than expected. Over the past 50 years, I have received almost 500 of these, and I have yet to receive a defective item. They also shipped and arrived faster than the stated shipping time, which was handy because I could have run to the store and spent the same amount of money but.
I have been ordering these every month and noticed that this batch has a lot of issues. The white color is different, these have a more blue and white hue to them than usual. You would expect the bottom flap to be the same as the top There are no seals on the door and they are very hard to close. My satisfaction with the quality has been diminished and I will be looking for a new one. The quality of the envelope is important to me. I am willing to spend an extra few dollars for a better one. Business practices that are shoddy are not acceptable to me.
