A multitude of firmware flaws have been found in this product that will never be fixed. To contact your reseller via their public form, you need to use a reseller. As long as we have a stock screen saver image on a USB stick, it isn't ideal to have 70 end users complaining about an exclamation point on the top row of the display every few hours. Polycom morons are apparently incapable of fixing a simple message/error that keeps popping up and does not apply, even though it makes no sense. The Yealink T58A has Skype licensing, through which it can run Teams firmware, which is a huge improvement over Polycom. It works flawlessly, and I did not experience any issues. Hey, by the way, Poycom has been advertising on their website for 9 months now the arrival of a new model of phone designed for teams. Think about that? It's still not too late to order your phone! They are fools. It's sad to see that Microsoft seems to have a big problem with Skype/Teams, because there are very few phones and vendors on the market that are certified for Windows. Nevertheless, Yealink is by far the better of the two at the moment. A few years ago, I would have told you differently, but Yealink has really broken through to overtake Polycom in the UC market. Additionally, about 4 of our phones were unusable for 6 months to a year at the start. In the literal sense of the word, only the headset button would light up when Everything from a factory reset to a soft reset has been tried. There is nothing wrong with it. Sure, I agree. If you are using Skype or Teams, you should opt for the Yealink phone.

You need to be cautious! An SIP company was locked into/provisioned with the product. The default password could not be logged in, nor could it be reset using the factory reset option.
It appears that the vendor is reselling hardware that was provided.

There are no instructions in English however, all manuals are in Japanese. It is possible to even allow something like this to happen? It is not a good idea for me to use a suspect device for such a crucial.
