It is a bad seller. Don't buy from him. There was no paperwork or instructions included in the box when the phone arrived, although it was sold as new. I have never been able to use the phone once it had even been charged. When it had been fully charged, it shut off completely before I had had a chance to use it. My restocking fee was charged on a product that was never functional when I returned it due to a manufacturer's defect. Make sure you are buying the right thing!.
