There is no power supply if it is able to run using Power over Ethernet (PoE). PoE switches are available for purchase. There are a lot of other sites where you can find them reasonably priced. Switches made by Netgear or HP are the most reliable.

The description does not indicate it does not come with its own power supply, and in one of the answers someone states that all cables come with power supplies. A couple days after I purchased one, it arrived without a power supply. I called Amazon, but figured it must have been a one-off and that the problem wouldn't be repeated. That certainly happened. In addition, there was no power supply on the next two phones. This seller will not be bought from.
