As seen on the front panel, the SPA525G and SPA525G2 are basically identical, with G2 not labelled. inform you of what is on the back of the box or on the back panel of the item. The SPA525G2, aside from the enhanced Bluetooth functionality, from a testing and configuration perspective is the same as the SPA525G.

There is no need to plug in power adapters With power over Ethernet, you only need one cord and one connection without having to plug into an AC outlet

A number of great features are included in this phone. It has a lot of capability. I am not going to go in depth into all the features of this phone since others have reviewed them already. Some people complained in reviews that they needed to purchase a power adapter for the device. It would be best if you bought an Ethernet switch that sent power over A single switch can power several phones at the same time. A wire behind my desk makes things simpler and cleaner, too, since there is less clutter and cord tangles. If you are looking for a telephone to use with Hamshack hotline, I can tell you that this one works well and is easy to set up.

Never order from them, they have the worst products! This company sold me 7 refurbished Cisco IP phones, but our office was not to open for 3 months after I purchased them, so they were not instantly accessible

Our testing showed that 5 of the 7 phones do not work at all, and two of the others cannot be placed on hold or transferred. A refund or replacement of the phone is not an option for the company. In addition to calling Cisco directly, I was informed the phones are out of date and are no longer supported. I would NOT recommend purchasing any products from this company because it is not a reputable company and they do not care if you are satisfied with the product.

The advertisement for this product is not entirely accurate. I ordered this and I got the scaled-down G2 which has quite a few features but not the G2. Version 525G has been downgraded. You should be careful as a buyer.

It offers the same functionality as a new phone but at a cheaper price. It comes with all of the original packaging and appears to work the same as a new phone. This is a great product.

Only negative is that the handset cord was not very good, but it was used, so I can't expect it to be perfect. Apart from that, the product is well made and works fine. have sourced a new handset cord and everything is working fine now.

This refurb is one of the best I've seen. Working perfectly and looking like a brand new phone, it looked like it had just been bought. We received excellent service when we had the furniture refurbished.
